Alias: Jade, Jod, Jane. Anything works. I prefer the first.

Personality: I dislike writing personality/about me things. I'm at that point in my life where I'm still figuring out who I really am and *****. I'm introverted, you could say. Friendly, approachable, fast learner. Loves cats..I'm pretty sure that could be considered part of my personality.

About Me: College almost Sophomore. Work in retail. Normal young folk things. I despise working in retail mostly because folding the same table of clothing everyday gets boring after the first or second year of doing it. I aspire to be a chef and cook organic, grow my own garden, make delicious things. Cooking sort of takes away my stress and makes everything better, except for my waistline. I have a social life, I guess, outside of school and work but most times I am at either or and rarely have time to socialize. My friends kind of hate me for it but whatevs. The main reason I work is to pay for my shopping addiction and one day hopefully save enough monies to be able to move out and have a cat. Yes, that is right. I said cat. I love cats. We should get that out of the way early on.

Do you like to use messengers? I do have AIM and a meebo account, **WARNING**. will only use them to plot.

How long have you been roleplaying? Four or five years, on and off.

What boards have you played on in the past? I tend to stay away from boards. Most left a bad taste in my mouth since the plots had already seemed to have taken off before I had gotten there. You have to be a serious charmer and tempt me with pictures of Jensen Ackles naked or something.
ABOUT ROLEPLAYING

How often do you generally post?: I can get on and reply several times in one day or if I actually am with friends, it may be a day or two. No longer than a week.

How much do you generally post? Anywhere from 300-2000 words, depending on the situation. I generally don't scoop below 300 because I like little details.

Do you like to write in 1st person or 3rd person? 3rd I guess~

Who are your favorite PB's? Don't use them. If you do, that is fine as long as they are attractive. Again, Jensen Ackles.

What PB's do you hate? Oh gosh, don't you dare show me any disney stars or things like that. If you even mention your character as being comparable to one of the little asshats from One Direction or Justin B., I am going to drop you like a hot potato. *shudders*

What type of characters do you like to play? I can be the thoughtful scholar, the gentleman, the badass chick, vengeful person. Whatever I want to be really. I usually go for the dark fellows and the vengeful females looking to kick some ass. No damsels in distress or mouse like characters here unless needed.

What are your favorite genres? Vampire. Vampire. Vampire. Mostly because that is what I know best. A lot of people come up with these intricate plots about space robots and I'm lacking creativity when it comes to things like that. I mean, show me a good plot that I know a good bit of information about and I am your WOMAN. If it has things that I'm not familiar with, it gets hard to write about for me. I'm down for gifted. There are a few fandoms I'd be comfortable with doing. Supernatural the tv series, Avatar: The Last Airbender/Legend of Korra, perhaps even Harry Potter. I've seen some pretty awesome movies that are non-fict that I'd consider doing such as Girl interupted, Kill Bill. Just ask and you shall be answered! Oh and if you want to roleplay the Black Dagger Brotherhood books with me I will love you forever and forever. 5ever in fact.

What genres do you hate? Disney, animals having sex or talking, anthrax. A spin off of a disney movie is fine with me, but no straight up happy and fluffy disney. I got over that phase a long time ago.

What rating of a board do you like to play on? M
How do you feel about writing out graphic scenes such as violence, drug use, and sex? Oh geez, please be able to do all of these things. Please. I don't like holding back. Real life has violence, drugs, and sex. I like it to be real. This is not to be taken as me liking smut and all. No insta-love either.

What type of plots do you like? Romance, violence, gore stuff. I prefer to not have instant connections, unless we plan on killing that person off and having their spouse deal with their deal with violence and sex with random women until someone else comes along. Stuff like that.

What type of plots do you dislike? Insta-love, things like that

What are some plots that you'd like to play out with someone? Right now anything that was listened in the genres category. I'm always in the mood for vamp/werewolf sort of thing. Black dagger brotherhood mostly. Plox. OH and anything Legend of Korra. I'm up to date with the episodes and I am dying to play it. I'd be willing to try my hand at canons, but I ship KorraXMako mostly, probably branching off from the original story line. Tempt me with pretty genres!~

GeneralHistory: He was innocent but that was taken from him a long time ago. In the early 1500's he was nothing but a tavern owner. A group of vampires destroyed the town and took him in. He was turned and shortly after broke off from the pack, after staking a few hearts and taking names. He kept in the business of dealing with people and their desires. He doesn't have many bad habits of his own other than his own pride. He never wanted to be the weak one after being on his own. He now owns one of the best clubs in the world. He prefers to smoke cigars and cigarettes when nervous, a bad habit that won't quite give him cancer. If you're looking for something, chances are he has it or can find someone who does. He aims to please.

POST ONE

An introduction, Mags and her younger brother are holed up in a grocery store when they hear something outside.

Once the things you have taken for granted have been stolen from you, you begin to realize how precious everything really was. The way your mother would cut the crust off your peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, the way your best friend would always laugh in that high pitched tone when you told her things Billy Nelson had told you the night before when he was trying to get in your pants, and the way innocence would find its way on the face of anyone sleeping, regardless of who they were and what they had done. It was a time of peace, even if it had been chaotic at times. No one had expected all the valuable memories and people in their lives to be taken away and without warning.

The sun rose on a night that seemed to last for eons. Night time had been a time of rest for some, but now it was a time of terror for all. Every second that the darkness was sprawled on the Earth’s surface was like a toxin spreading into every nook and cranny. Even the little things, like being able to open your eyes in the morning and hear birds chirping outside had been taken away. Most of the birds had burned or ran away along with the other animals and people. Once the sun began to leak through the cracks of a boarded up market, the piercing gray eyes of a woman popped open when the warmness hit her.

The market had a large sign on the front that used to read Marcel’s Market, but now the only letters visible were the M’s and the E on Market. Vines had begun to weave in and out of the boards and even the flooring as if they had a life of their own. The doors themselves had a barricade of boxes and shelves in front, and a gun attached to a wire, ready to go off if anyone tripped over the hidden wire on the ground. The back room that used to be the break room for employees had been turned into a safe haven for the two hunters that had stowed away inside of it. The woman had positioned herself with her back against the coolers in the back of the store, facing the door, with a fully loaded gun in her hand. To her right were at least five different types of bullets in case different species decided to visit and on her right, two boxes of salt just in case the full inch of salt lined at the door couldn’t keep whatever was out there at bay.

As soon as she realized it was just the sun instead of anything else, she let her tense body unwind itself again, leaning her head back against the glass as she stared up at the ceiling. Her messy ember hair now reached below her shoulders, meaning it would have to be cut soon. She preferred having it short so it wouldn’t get in the way when she was hunting. She wore a pair of ruffled black linen shorts that had a belt attached to it that held several types of bullets, at least one for any type of creature you could think of, and a good bit of salt. Her shirt was a tight fitting black blouse that was torn at the edges. The only type of shoes she would ever wear were the black combat boots that had once belonged to her father, and even though they had always been a size or two too big, she managed to outrun nearly anything.

Despite lacking all the luxuries they once had, the place had a ton of bottled water so they could wash themselves once a week and still have enough to last them about a year. It had been the best place they found since the whole apocalypse had begun all that time ago. Or maybe it hadn’t been that long, who was keeping track?

“You didn’t sleep must last night, did you Mags?” A kind and warm sounding voice asked as a young man, barely in his twenties walked out of the break room and leaned in the door way, staring down at the woman. All she could do was grin as he offered her a hand so she could stand up, which she gladly accepted, and slowly ambled into the break room.

“I was on guard duty last night. You stayed up too long last night so I had to make up for it. You need your rest ever now and then Luke.”

“I could say the same about you. I heated up some spam and canned beans for breakfast. There’s a few bottles of water I brought in the bathroom so you can wash up. You look like you haven’t bathed or slept in a week. I’ve got watch covered for a while.” He said lovingly as he took her gun from her so she would actually take care of herself instead of worrying about him. Mag placed a hand on his shoulder before going in the bathroom.

After closing the door, but leaving a small crack just in case he called for her to help, she bent over the sink, her arms supporting her as she stared into the mirror. She guessed that she must not have been getting must rest because her eyes had large dark circles underneath them, only proof that she needed a break from all of this. They had been here for so long because there was word of another group of people somewhere in the area. It had been just Luke and herself for so long, she almost forgot what it was like to be around others.

Hunting had always been in her family, hell, it was in her blood. Before the end, it was just her brother and her on a case of rogue vampires when suddenly hell broke loose. By the time they arrived back home, everyone was either dead or worse than dead; infected. She was amazed they even made it out their home town. The virus spread so quickly, so many people she was forced to kill…

After splashing water on her face to ease her thoughts, she dropped the water bottle the minute she heard ruckus outside the store. Luke had run back to tell her, but she was already putting her gear back on and loading her shotgun. No one was going to harm her or her brother if she had any say so in it.

“Do you know what it is?” She asked Luke as she positioned herself behind the door, her gun aimed at the door.

“No, I just heard stuff moving out there. Think it might be a croat, or the vampire that had been following us?”

“No, we gave the vamp the slip. And the croats know not to come around here. Unless its something new…Let's give it a big ole welcome, shall we?"

POST TWO

Vesper is looking for a blood slave to satisfy his thirst and also to stay at the top of the food chain in the vampire business

An electrifying beat pulsed through the club, rousing even the most non-coordinated bar hoppers from their drinks to the dance floor. The scene was a bar named Revolution, popular with young folk looking for a good time. Of course, a “good time” has many definitions. Drugs, alcohol, sex. If one could think it, they could find it there and for the best price in town. Low key of course, for it had to be to have functioned for longer than a few months and it had been at least ten years since its doors opened. A den reeking of danger but offering nothing but pleasure in return. The cops were always sniffing around to find something big so that they could put the club’s owner out of business. When one got even a whiff of something they were either paid a fine lump of cold hard cash or mysteriously disappeared and never heard from. That was the way it worked and how it was going to stay. For there is good money being the best and the only distributer of all things illegal so why would anyone leave the business?

Vesper Knight was a pale and slender man, taller than most. As thin as he was he still managed to be toned and chiseled, even having a top notch Bowflex machine in the corner of his office. In between clients and dealings, Vesper would squeeze in a few hundred crunches or weight lifting. Staying at the top of his game was one of his top priorities. As much as he loved staying at the top, he also was a believer that knowledge was power. Vesper attended Harvard back when it first opened its doors and even revisiting it and every hundred or so years to keep up on the never-ending knowledge flow. Business was one of the things he knew best and came easiest to him, more so than any medical or psychology courses that he took. When he would wear a button up polo with slacks, no one would even guess that the lad knew what drugs were. His grey eyes are what sealed in the deal for his innocent look, being startling grey and contrasting his dark chestnut colored hair. Recently he had grown fond of having a bit of scruff on his jaw to make himself seem somewhat more dangerous, but he didn’t allow it to get out of hand and always had it trimmed.
As the owner entered the club, all eyes seemed to look in his direction. Everyone knew that he was the leader and even if a newcomer had no earthly idea, the air about Vesper gave it away. He did own the place so he deserved to act accordingly. Few women oohed and ahhed over him, attempting to strike up a conversation but his mind was elsewhere so he waved down the bartender and allowed a round for the entire bar. Raising one of his hands in the air, it queued the DJ to make the music louder and entice the crowd even more. One of the club’s hired body guards that had a certain precarious gleam in his eye followed Vesper through the club and into one of the private rooms in the back.
“It has been arranged, my liege. The blood slaves are being brought within a few hours. The seller has been instructed to use the back entrance and bring them to room number 12 since it is the largest and closest to your office.”
“Thank you Armon, excellent. I see you’re hungry. After your shift help yourself to the blood cooler in my office and take your pick.”
“You are most gracious, my lord. I’d better get back and make sure things are going smoothly.”
“Very well, I’ll be in my office.”
Blood slaves are a dangerous business. Cocaine was kindergarten stuff compared to how much trouble Vesper would get in if the vampire council knew that he was illegally purchasing one. Of course the nobles had theirs, but their blood slaves came with the proper paperwork and were only from the longest of bloodlines. It was costing Ves a small fortune to forge the documents. Blood slaves were gold in the vampire world. To be a blood slave, one was not randomly chosen. The slave had to have been either bred or to have been born with rare blood. The chances of having the blood necessary to be approved were one in a million and with the vampire world growing with each passing day, it was even harder to live as one. They were protected like treasure and treated like kings and queens, well, at least the noble’s blood slaves were. Street slaves did exist but were hard to find. Most people with the rare blood chose not to use it to their advantage and waste it away. Once the first drain from a vampire, the body of the human would never be the same; it was somewhat of a chemical thing. The body of the slave would produce more and more blood than a normal human. It often became painful if they were not fed upon daily.
The main reason Vesper had looked into it and arranged this meeting with one of the sellers was because the world was growing. More and more vampires were rising and the council was having a harder time controlling all of their dark population. Competition was beginning to arise and Vesper hated competition. He had more connections with humans and vampires alike than any other but he had heard gibberish coming from some groups of others with better deals. Some idiots were even offering to turn humans at no charge. Ves often was confused as to their thought process behind lowering the human count. If there was too much of an imbalance the world would be thrown into chaos. He had to be strong and with the blood from a slave he would become the strongest.
Vesper entered his office and sat at the desk, leaning back in his chair. As he waited for the arrival of the seller, he contemplated how he would choose. Looks didn’t mean ***** to Ves but he rather have an attractive beauty over an ogre. Especially with the amount of money he would be paying. He also made arrangements to remodel a wing in his chateau for the slave so they would live well while they were with him. It was all coming together smoothly. A soft knocking at his door alerted him that they had arrived. Vesper got up and walked to the room at the end of the hall and being greeted the vendor who waited for him in front the door.
The man was scrawny and reminded Ves of a rodent, but maybe that was because of the smell. He was also a twitchy fellow but was due to his chosen business. The two greeting and shook hands.
“So are they the real deal? If I find out you’re selling me the fake ***** I will find you.”
“Oh yesss sssir! I may look questionable but I know my business like you know yours. We are two of a kind. I have a group of five for you to choose from. Their blood is some of the purest street blood I could find. A few I even found in Europe. I promise they are all magnificent as well. Only the best for my favorite buyer!”
“Alrighty then, show me what you go. You will receive your payment once I’ve chosen and the paperwork has been signed.”
The scrawny rat man opened the door and showed off his slaves with a sweeping hand motion.

POST THREE

Vincent gets what was coming to him but Alexander is enticed by a young female

Everything was going as planned until the girl set Vincent on fire. It made a silent laugh come from Alexander’s mouth. He liked the way this girl handled things, resourcefulness was something he loved in a woman because it meant they weren’t your typical dumb *****. Alex remained perfectly still, blending in perfectly with the forestry around him. This was nothing but a waiting game and he wondered who would outlast the other.

Vincent screamed out of pain and ran quickly to the lake to put out his arm, though it would be too late to save the entire thing. It had burned almost to a blackened stump, never any possibility of regrowing. Tears began to fall, which made Marcus slap him hard in the back of the head.

“Dumbass.” The large man murmured as he took his place behind the female again. Vincent stood up, a hungry and evil look in his beady eyes.

“I am going to make a scar equal to mine you little mutt *****! How dare you! I will-“ Vincent’s rage speech was cut off by a loud crackling giggle could be heard echoing throughout the forest. The knockout Lucianna appeared, clapping her hands. She saunted over to the girl, making eye contact with Marcus and bobbed her head meaning he should back off. It was her turn to play.

“Mutt *****? I rather like that term, well done Vincent, why don’t you back off. This one is mine.” A warning gleam in her eyes meant that she was serious and not the one to mess with. Her gaze soon fell back on the girl. Luci reached out her hand with a gentle, yet dangerous way of moving. Her fingers traced the jawline carefully, a small smile on her face. Then her fingers went to the blood trickling down and she wiped up the cut, licking her fingers after. “Delicious. Taste like dog though. You haven’t been kissing any canines, have you? From one ***** to another, that’s pretty damn disgusting. Maybe if I turn you into one of us, then they wouldn’t want to be so touchy feely with you.” Luciana began circling her, much like a hawk would to a field mouse.

With a moment of her arm so fast and harsh, she pushed Lillian so hard in the shoulder it surely would have made her move a foot from where she was. “Come out come out puppy dogs. The longer you wait to get the perfect moment the more harm comes to her.”

Alexander could sense the excitement Luciana was feeling. It was like dangling a dead mouse in front of a cat. It also made him tense a little, since he wanted his prey to have as few scratches as possible. He guessed it was time to start the show. With one quick movement he jumped out the trees and on the ground, moving so fast to the group, it seemed like he was floating. The other three vampire’s stopped moving and talking all together, frozen. Lucianna stumbled backwards and began to stutter as his eyes pierced her.

“My lord I was just…”

“Now now, treating a defenseless girl like that is quite appalling Luci, I must say I am ashamed. Forgive me my dear…I believe I never caught your name. My name is Alexander VanVaughn. Pleasure to meet your acquaintance. Now, if you would kindly put down those lighters, my little fire bug, we can get going! I am inviting you to be a guest at my mansion. I assure you I am better company than the ones you are with now.” He placed his hands in his pant pockets as he stood above her, smiling, his fangs shining in the glow of the moon.

“Marcus, if you would kindly hand me the ropes. I’m afraid I have to take this precaution, love. You are a feisty little one.” Marcus handed a few pieces of ropes to Alexander as he stood above the girl that was to be his next pet.

POST FOUR

Luke chats with Vincent aboard the ship while he unpacks his things

A gentle laugh escaped Luke as Vincent explained, feeling somewhat relieved. "Well, I am afraid you and I are in the running when it comes to that title. My sister really has been one of my only friends within these last few years, mainly because where we lived at they had people who still didn't understand my way of life. Pity, really. They could cope with living in a world where the dead were coming back to life, and yet couldn't cope with two fellows having affection for one another." He leaned against the wall in Luke's room after closing the door behind him. He crossed his arms and raised a brow at Vince. "Oh come now, don't judge a book by its cover. My father was one of the toughest men in the world. No one ever expected him to be with anyone since he was a harsh man. Then my mother came along and he melted into ice around her." Luke couldn't help but take in Vincent's form subconsciously as he dug through his things.

POST FIVE

Mikolas is bandaging up the wounds of his captive slayer

Mikolas opened the medical kit he had requested and sorted through it for the needle, antiseptics, and stitching wires. Without turning to look back at her, he answered with a hint of sarcasm in his tone,

“Well of course I’m stitching it. You must think I’m a vampire that doesn’t need blood. I have a high restraint set on myself, but even as great as I may seem I am not impervious to that. Do not get this confused as an act of kindness. More like a mutual sort of thing.”

Turning back to her and with his supplies in hand, he sat on the spot next to her. With such a nasty bite, he could not hide the smirk on his lips at Marla’s fine handy work. Eight stitches would be needed, not six.

Being so close to the bite, it was as if he was drowning in the smell of her blood. His temples began to pulse with pain as his fangs began to extend. With her making conversation, his focus on her blood lessened somewhat and it made it tolerable to be in close range.

A low chuckle escaped his throat as she asked the question. It was not that it was particularly funny; it was more so funny that she thought he would tell her his plan so soon. In most horror films, when the villain would tell the protagonist their plan of dominance, that was often the first mistake upon many made.

“Without giving too much away but just enough, I guess you could say that you were the explosion that set off a chain of events. If Marla would not have attacked you, I never would have thought of the idea to bring you here. With you here, we now have the means of getting council to listen to our bargain or go down with the rest.”

After skillfully threading the needle, he dabbed at her skin with the antiseptics to numb the surrounding area before he started. His long but careful fingers began their work on her wound, with such skill and grace as if he were a pianist at a concert.

“This may hurt. I’d rather not hear your scream but if you must, this shouldn’t take long.”

Mikolas could have imagined the pain to be somewhat high, but he was not sure how much this slayer could take. He licked his lips as he concentrated on getting each stitch perfect and precise without making much more of a mess.

Anythingelse? Some of these samples are old. Very old. I'd like to think my writing style has changed somewhat over the past year. I like playing male or female. I love doubling but it can get confusing. That is about it, hope to hear from some of you soon!
OH! something I forgot to mention: I mainly do m/f type roleplays. I've tried a few slashers but they didn't end...well. I mean, if anyone interested would want to persuade me and show me the magic behind it, we can always try.
Plotting is a major deal maker or breaker with me. Come at me knowing what you want to do and a base or developed plot that we can discuss together. I hate having to do all the plotting by myself.

I've been in a role-play slump as of late and I'm really looking for something to make me salivate. And then I noticed you like ATLA and though hmmm. I've been hankering after a Zuko x Katara pairing for the longest while now, but then I have a Earthbender x Firebender plot I wouldn't mind tackling either.

I'm Jem by the way. 24, experience of 7 years. I roleplay on a multiverse board (not sure if I've used the term correctly) but basically, there's no story. You can roleplay whatever you like from fantasy to science fiction. PBs do not exist there. Could I tempt you with this?
