    Writing Challenge Suggestions
Do you have a really awesome idea for a writing challenge? Maybe something you've not seen done before, or something you'd really like to participate in? Post them up here, and the writing team will try to select them and incorporate ideas whenever we can.

Settings have always played an important role in my rps and have been one of the most vital elements of my "imagineer mentality" when creating a site. So for a writing challenge I suggest we have one based around a setting. Have contestants describe a location (ether real or fantastical) with use of their senses, the sights, the sounds the smells, etc. and take us all on a guided tour of a special place.

This isn't a specific subject, but I think a flash fiction challenge would be pretty cool, specifically one where you'd have to limit it to like 300 words, because that can definitely be a challenge, to tell a story so briefly, but still have it be good^^

Take your favourite song's meaning, and turn it into a story, with the title of that song.

Here's a cool idea... well, I just implemented it on Visionary Tales, but I thought I'd share. :]

Write a fable in the style of Aesop's -- using personified animals/plants and a metaphorical scenario to convey a specific moral theme.
