By the way, I am never ever late for an appoinment. So even the almost is n/a.

Haha, I took that exact test - same site and all - as part of one of my university topics a couple of weeks ago. We were taught a lot about the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator in the meantime, too, and I've uncovered a lot about my personality type.

I'm an ISTJ through and through. Strongly expressed Introversion, I was borderline between Sensing and Intuition (but through reading and reflection I had to decide which one suited me better, and it's definitely Sensing), moderately expressed Thinking, and moderately expressed Judging. I could ramble on about it a lot more but there's too much to say, lol.

If anyone wants a more thorough explanation of this whole personality-type thing, I'd be happy to give you a rundown - just PM me. Also, this page is quite great, especially all the links for more detailed descriptions. [:

The funny thing is that I could actually fit that type, that I randomly got. So that kinda makes me doubt how accurate these kinds of tests or personality types are. Because I didnt read a single question beyond the first one and could still fit my personality around the random result I got...

I am also an aquarius! Talk about random...

I got a 78% introverted, ISTJ type. Accurate, I seriously dislike dealing with people.

I'm INFP, too. And I was when I took the test years ago - it's all really true for me, from the choices of profession, all of which have always been interesting to me, to the personality description.

Daenelia, I've read an article about these tests when used in job interview type situations and they are the real deal but the internet ones are less reliable, mostly because on the internet people don't want to read negative things about themselves and they word the results so that you do sort of feel represented in almost everything. The real tests take a lot of time to develop and aren't cheap.

I took this when I was 17. Back then, I was an INFP. For the past several years now, when I've taken a version, I end up with INFJ. So, there you go: getting old changes you.

I don't really get these tests, or any sort of personality tests. I don't really need an algorithm to tell me what I'm like? I pretty much know what my personality comprises without outside help. My friend's always taking them and trying to get me to take them.

Her: OMG take this one: Which house of Harry Potter are you in!?
Me: Whichever one I freaking want.
    Her: You're no fun.
Me: Your idea of fun is taking Hogwarts houses personality tests. You don't get to lecture me on fun.

Okay so I've taken this test several different times and I never seem to get the same answer. This time it was ENTP.

I found it incredibly amusing that I'm a straight "A" high school student taking college classes but by "slightly expressed thinking personality" it means 1%. xD

I'm having a hard time with some of the questions, since they are yes and no. Like: You trust reason rather than feelings

Most of my feelings are based on reason, and my reasoning happens very quickly, so they seem like feelings... but there's no button for that!

INTJ. I've gotten INTJ every time I've ever taken this test (which is, eh, a few).

    INTJ - The Mastermind.

I'm not sure if it's particularly useful but it's interesting to see where my assumptions lie. For whatever reason I always assume I'll come out more extroverted than I do, because in most situations (group work, etc.) I tend to wind up leading, and I'm fairly articulate when I need to get across a concept (I actually want to be a teacher.)

    This bit seemed to describe me quite well (though I'm sure I'd find an equivalent passage in every personality type, ha);

Although they are highly capable leaders, Masterminds are not at all eager to take command, preferring to stay in the background until others demonstrate their inability to lead.

I dunno about "highly capable", but I definitely actively take over where there's no clear/strong leader.

If I remember correctly that actually means you're "51% thinking" on a scale from "most thinking" to "most feeling".
