Organization: The organization seems off to me. You have a forum just for rules with a single post listing the rules. It seems like wasted space when you could combine Plot, Rules, and other guest relevant information into one forum. Otherwise, guests are clicking around searching through everything to find relevant information. Perhaps have one forum dedicated to Newbie Info or something. Appearance: I like the way it looks graphically. It matches the theme of the site and you can tell it's a Transformers board right off the bat. Layout: I would try to move non-game relevant boards to the bottom of the forum because it's hard to tell it's an RPG game at initial glance with an artwork board and guest chat and archive. Get all that RP stuff to the top so people can see what you're about and how active you are right away. Staff: It seems to be all you, but if you can handle it more power to ya. General Feedback: The cbox seems REALLY low down there and is easily missed except for the dinging. Perhaps there could a sidebar with it in there or move it to the top.
