Forum Name: Not Another Zombie Board
Forum Genre: Horror/Comedy - Zombie Apocalypse with a humorous bend.
Short forum description: Yes, it's another Zombie board, but one which favours the lulz in flesh-eating nightmares rather than the terror! The dead have risen in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and only two questions remain. Are you going to survive flying solo or with the help of friends? And how many celebrity!zombies can you correctly identify?

Character Search: Molly Fletcher is the 58 year old wife of Howard Fletcher, mother of Magnolia Grace Fletcher and Sara Teasure Ambrose, mother-in-law to Christian Ambrose, and Grandmother to Danny Ambrose. (Molly's a bit whimsical/creative. She was so fully responsible for the "Magnolia" and "Treasure" parts of their daughter's names. Howard was very thankful the girl's both ended up going by his picks: Sara and Grace.)
She is from old money and is a professional pianist. She met her blue-collar-hockey-boy-turned-doctor husband when they went to the University together. She's smart, though more book-smart than street-smart and she's handling this zombie stuff a little too well... which means she probably isn't dealing with it like she should be.

Howard and Molly make it their business to search for survivors since a. he's a doctor and b. they have a nice big house in an easily defended gated community. Most notably they've ended up with their neighbor's 12-year-old daughter Mikayla ("Mickey" according to Howard) in their care. Their daughters are full grown: Grace is living with her nerdy neighbors in their condominium and Sara (along with their first grandchild Danny) passed away in Eaton Centre mall thanks to the virus. Though their Son-in-law has yet to get up the nerve to tell them that. She's a sweet lady with a lot of love and also a lot of guilt. AND she's the last piece we need to make with puzzle of a family complete!

Laurel's choices for Molly's PB are Meryl Streep, Susan Sarandon, or Sigourney Weaver.

Character Search: Mary Ann Quirk is the kind of girl who is always running late, but this is the story of the time it happened to save her life, more than likely. Wyatt Quirk and Wendy Spencer are canon character in the game and Mary Anne is the lovely adoptable that ties the two together. The cousin/defacto sister to Wyatt and the life long best friend and neighbour to Wendy. She is a 31(or 32 depending on exact birthdate) celebrity stylist who often works on movies or tv show wardrobes. Or at least she used to be.

When she was six years old her parents died in a car accident and she was taken in by her aunt and uncle, Wyatt Quirk’s parents. The two children were very close, very quickly, despite the four year age difference. The Quirk kids made close friends with a girl Mary Ann’s age who eventually moved in next door. Wendy Spencer became Mary Ann’s best friend, the two bonding over the loss of their parents (rather, just her mother in Wendy's case).

These three grew up together and Mary Ann became the only one besides Wyatt to know of Wyatt’s deep love for Wendy. Mary Ann, being a romantic, thought this was absolutely perfect for her cousin/brother to end up with her bestie/sister. The way I imagine her, it drove Mary Ann crazy to watch the whole Wyatt/Wendy situation. She loves gossip and drama so this was her sort of thing.

She decided on becoming a stylist and, as if by fate, Wendy and Wyatt both ended up in the industry. Wendy as a PR Manager for Toronto Fashion Week and Wyatt as a talent scout.

When it came to what she was doing on the day of the outbreak, the day of Wyatt and Wendy’s wedding, Mary Ann was running late as usual. She was supposed to be in the limo with Wendy, and if she had been, she probably would be dead. Instead she had been in a taxi, wriggling into her bridesmaid dress and doing her hair and makeup in the back seat when the world went to hell. Since then she's been searching for her family. Wendy, who's been trapped in a mall and Wyatt who's been living in the mansion that was formerly home to Canadian recording super star Michael Bublé. Wendy is finally making her move his way with the zombies are frozen.

PB's discussed for Mary Anne have included: Zooey Deschanel, Catherine Tate or Alyson Hannigan, But do let us know if you have a different idea.

Character Search: This one's name is wide open. He's a YTV PJ! For those unCanadian this is a minor Canadian TV celebrity. YTV is the national kids chanell (Think ABC Family, Nickelodeon, stuff like that) and PJ stands from Progam Jockey. Think VJ of MTV of something like that, but for kids! PJ are generally paired up: a guy and a girl, generally with one being a minority of some sort and the combination of a wacky one and a cool straight-man. Since PJ Casey is a wacky farm girl her partner need to fill that cool-guy, urban, minority vibe. But still be energetic and fun-loving and all that other stuff you have to be in children's programming. He should be an actor or other creative type. An Improv background would probably make for a great base. PJ pairs tend to stick together for years at a time once the station hits on the right chemistry so they should be tight!

Since the zombpocolypse started Casey's grabbed their new freedom by the balls. No longer under public scrutiny (she didn't have much of a social life because she didn't want to set a bad example for little kids) she's freed up her sexuality. She's a zombie-killing machine who will hook up with any guy that moves and doesn't thirst for brains. Maybe he's protective of her, or disagrees with her new 'yay freedom', recklessness, and slutting it up. Or both. Maybe he has a secret thing for her and he's jealous. I'm open to a lot of possibilities here and I'd love to see some inner conflict/termoil. She's a bit too drama-free.

PBs I've suggested have been Donald Glover, Danny Pudi, and Luis Borges. I'm open to a lot of faces though, feel free to pitch other options.

Character Search: The Hunters! These are the baddies within Zombie-filled Toronto. There are a few of them on the canon list so I'll keep this part of the add short and sweet. WE NEED VILLAINS! Come join Muscat and Tapper in their gun shop of terror and help them run this city right! True Apocalypse style!

Also for an added bonus: one of the Hunters on the canon list is Wyatt Quirk's BFF/Best Man. Anyone who picks up this wannabe wild west outlaw gets double the gold stars!!!!

The PBs listed on the canon list for the hunters are... Ian Somerhalder, Diego Luna, Mila Kunis, and Freema Agyeman. However they're all open to changes provided their races do not.
