It's been a little over a month now that we've been open, and we're chugging along nicely! Welcomed a few really great members in that time and have just hit 600 posts! We're still small yet, but that's great because it's giving us a chance to get to know each other at our own pace and build this thing from the ground up. There's almost always someone online and we've got new topics cropping up every day. Here are a few of the high points we've accomplished in the last few weeks: 60+ discussion topics going, not to mention the spam and games on the side The Archive has a shiny new tumblr for forum updates I Introduced the Points System which allows members to earn points for topics and replies The TA Classifieds gives members an opportunity to use their points to advertise their sites! Spontaneous tea parties in the chatbox ^__^ So if you've ever wondered what it was like to grow and help build a great community, get to meet awesome new people and talk about the things you care about, then give The Archive a look. TA is rollin' into the fall season with a bunch of new updates! We're excited to introduce our Member Showcases and Guilds! Showcases are brand new sections to let our members strut their stuff when it comes to what they're talented at, be it graphics, writing, coding, crafts, painting, photography, etc. Guilds are TA's own special brand of member-made groups. Start your own guild or join someone else's! You get your own subforum to talk about what you like; fandoms, roleplaying, graphics, whatever! So in addition to the already great discussions going on, members can express themselves in different ways with our new forums! We're coming up to 1500 posts with 35 members, come join the fun this fall!
