Amardom is a roleplaying project I've had in mind for a long time now, but itwas only a few weeks ago that I made the decision to separate it from mymain general discussion forums and give it its own site. What I'm left with is an idea grand in scope, with a burning passion to see it become what it was meant to be. The problem is, like with many new site owners, I've got ideas and willpower, but am in need of staff members to help build the site and contribute their own ideas as to how to get Amardom to function as a roleplaying site. I need Admins. I need moderators. I need anybody who is creative and shares my passion for storytelling. I need people who can look at the description of Amardom below and think "yeah...that actually sounds kinda cool." My Co-Admin and I have been slowly (very slowly) handling Amardom by ourselves up until now. What we're looking for now is a team... A group of people who understand and appreciate our idea and want to be a part of our community. Amardom:

Amardom is meant to be a modern, realistic roleplaying world set in a sort of "alternate Earth", with unique continents and landmasses, upon which are built many nations, great and small. Members of the site can roleplay in these nations in a variety of ways, be it a complicated geo-political war or the simple tale of an average citizen. But Amardom is meant for more than just roleplaying. It is also a place where members can come to express their creativity through helping build the very world they've been roleplaying in. Members can add to Amardom by creating characters, organizations, towns, cities, and even entire nations. The idea is that when a member first joins the site, they'll be able to participate in roleplays and be able to create things within Amardom on a small scale. In time, after they've been around for awhile, they'll earn the privilege of being able to shape the world on a grand scale by being able to create their own nations and getting involved in the politics of Amardom, leading to massive world-wars and political intrigue. All the while the events that unfold throughout the roleplaying and creating will be reported on the "Amardom News Network" via a live news ticker, weekly newsletters, and even official "broadcasts" of "breaking news". Members can even create sports teams and individual players who can participate in simulated sports games. Overall, Amardom is a place to immerse yourself into a creative world of your own design, and have fun doing so.
