Everyone I know who makes graphics often say that they have a certain style for their images. For some it’s a particular coloring, others it’s a use of some kind of stock usage. I have even seen a pretty consistent text style that intertwined all of people’s pretty shinies. When I browse some peoples galleries I see definite styles in some, and others look kind of like mine. In my opinion, I really don’t have a particular style. Going through all of the stuff in my gallery and then the extra left over in photo bucket when I was really bored the other day made me realize that there is really not much that ties my graphics together. The only thing I could think was a favor to darker colors, but that does not really count. I don’t really know why my stuff comes out so differently, possibly because I just throw a bunch of things together until it looks good. Generally I don’t start off with a plan, because if I do and it does not come out I get pretty darn mad. So I whip out some brushes and textures and just mess with the coloring until I am happy. So I wanted to know what other people thought. Do you have a particular style? Do you plan to do something to ‘fit the style’? In your opinion, does everyone inherently have some sort of style of his or her own even if it is not easy to pick out? And, do you have anything to add!
