Oooh Mortal Kombat, Sonic, SuperMario for sure (SuperMario64 is my favorite game EVER - except for that one world where you have to return the baby penguin to its mom, that drove me nuts because that little penguin was super annoying and would not stop honking).

Did anybody play Aladdin on Sega? Because yeah, that was awesome.
Also, I played The Yukon Trail game on my computer. lol. I was very bad at it.

    Pokemon.

While my first game held console was a game gear... the one I TRULY enjoyed was the gameboy Color along with the old pokemon Red.

My first Tv console was a Super nintendo. It came with Mario World, and I recall it being extremely difficult for me, and lots of fun. Yet... recently, I came upon the same game for the DS and I managed to beat it within a day or two. Funny how these things work!

ALADDIN WAS THE BOMB. I loved Yukon Trail too! I also played Oregon Trail and Amazon Riverl. I sucked at all three but I was addicted.

I played Where in the World is Carmen San Diego on the computer.
    Sim Tower was an obsession.
We had a Magic School Bus game and you got to go to outer space...I spent hours playing that. I'm bummed I can't remember the name of it.
    Number Munchers
    Goosebumps: Escape from Horrorland
    That Barbie makeover game.

On Super Nintendo I loved: Lion King, The Animaniacs, Street Fighter II, Super Mario All Stars, Zelda, Diddy Kong, Beethoven II...

I know there are so many more. This is killing meee!

I was all about RPGs when I was a kid. Pokemon Red, Legend of Legaia, Legend of the Dragoon, Suikoden 1 and 2, Shenmue, Elder Scrolls: Morrowind, Grandia 2, Final Fantasy VIII, Skies of Arcadia, Thousand Arms ...

I'm telling you. Those were the days.

The games I remember playing the most are Dig Dug (NES), Excite Bike (NES), Burger Time (NES), Paper Boy (SNES), Super Mario Bros (NES), Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (Sega Genesis), Aladdin (Sega Genesis), Crystal Pony Tales (Sega Genesis), Bubsy (Sega Genesis), The Lion King (Sega Genesis), Lunar Silver Star Story Complete (PSX), Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete (PSX), Spyro (PSX), Harvest Moon Back to Nature (PSX), Evil Zone (PSX), Xenogears (PSX), Chrono Cross (PSX), Tomb Raider (PSX), Sims (PC), Roller Coaster Tycoon (PC), Final Fantasy X (Ps2), Inu Yasha And the Secret of the Cursed Mask (PS2), Kingdom Hearts (PS2), Harvest Moon A Wonderful Life (GC).

I could add more but I think that's good enough. ^_^

Then, don't think you want this but, my favorite board games growing up were Party Mania, Dream Phone, Monopoly and Mall Madness. ^^

As a child, I didn't play that many video games often... I played the Sims, Black and White, the Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring (it wasn't based on the film), and these peculiar learning games. When I could, I played those Pokemon games.

In middle school, I played quite a bit and a lot of it was Star Wars: Battlefront, The Hobbit, The Sims, games based off films, race car games...

    • Number Munchers and Word Munchers. These sweet booty graphics came straight off a floppy disc.

I played the hell out of Super Mario Bros. The first console I ever had access to was a Nintendo. When my parents got me a Sega Genesis, we had Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (great game), and Cliffhanger (impossibly hard game) along with it.

I played more games as I upgraded in console, but those three games always fill me with the most nostalgia.

EDIT: I accidentally played "I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream" when I was six and it scared the bejeezus out of me. Twelve years later, I read the short story and it's cool now.

Pokemon, Sonic, Spyro the dragon... still have interest in all of them, though not as much (the new Spyro I don't care for; new Sonic isn't the greatest either).
