Evil Eyes: The Mummy is a post The Mummy Returns Role Playing Game set one year after the climax of the series. Bringing back our old favorites, Evil Eyes explores The Mummy world in a much deeper level than the canon. Instead of eliminating canons and possibilities, we've brought back some of our dead favorites and made them anew.

We aren't set in just one country like the films—instead, we're a globetrotting historical epic that travels to a new country at the end of each arc, therefore bringing new exciting adventures to both players and interested individuals.

Films that take place after The Mummy Returns aren't canon to the game. Knowledge of The Mummy and The Mummy Returns is recommended, but not an absolute requirement to participate—we provide everything that interested individuals need to know on our website.

With our site customized to suit the needs of an RP forum, Evil Eyes has been around since May 2007 and it's still ongoing. So if you're looking for some good ol' fashioned, Mummy-loving fun, we might just be the game for you!

• Our first search was canceled prior to our eagerness to move on and get out of the dead zone. • Our FAQ page has been remodeled!
• We customized our forum software extensively! From a customized post body, registration page, mini profile fields, member list and member groups page, view forum body and so much more! We are also working on making it so that users will become familiar with the software even if they’re from Invisionfree!
• Our c-box is now displayed on every page of the website and both the forum and information website are now fully integrated.
• We have several new bans placed as we’ve received too many applications with a certain archetype.
• We’re in desperate need of canons, premandes, Medjai and Djed! Please consider applying for Rick O’Connell, Ardeth Bey, Jonathan Carnahan, Imenand Runihura or Colin Weasler! We’d love to see Medjai and Djed of any occupation!

• We’ve just turned five years old on May 5th!
• Bans on factions have been lifted until June 5th as part of our birthday celebration! This means that if you want to apply for a scholar, civilian, or someone in the military, you can for a limited time!
• We’ve reconstructed our forum interface to look like Invisionfree – that way you can feel more at home! Not to mention, we’ve also added a couple of unique features in terms of setup unique to us!
• Our updates and announcements code is broken, so newer updates will only display properly on the forums announcement board until this issue is resolved.
• We’re still looking for Ardeth Bey, Rick O’Connell, and Jonathan Carnahan to be filled!

• Our site has been completely rewritten and updated with new information.
• Our character wanted ads have been transferred to the forum instead of being displayed on the website.
• We’ve recently started a post-a-thon for June! The goal is to see how much our plot can move forward in June alone.
• We’re no longer accepting Medjai female warriors as they’re now a Djed only feature.
• Our ban list has been reorganized and we’re still accepting civilians, scholars, military, and Medjai and Djed characters.

• We have a new layout and we’ve upgraded our forum to Prosilver. There were some technical difficulties when transferring the forum version from my test board, but no worries – it should be fixed shortly!
• We’re only accepting series canons of any faction, and Medjai and Djed original characters and premades as we’ve had a huge influx from other factions.
• We have a shiney new c-box because our old one wasn’t functioning properly on a regular basis.
• The Medjai and Djed are no longer accepting female warriors.
• The Medjai now have tribe names available!
• New occupations are upcoming for the Djed.
• A timeline for series canons is in the works to provide canon applicants with information on that canon before they apply.
• A faction, character creation guide, and team guide documentations are being worked on for interested individuals.

• We have a brand spankin’ new layout!
• We installed topic prefixes.
• We moved our FAQ page to the forums.
• Some rearrangements have been made to the forums as we’ve eliminated unnecessary boards.
• Links that were broken were fixed.
• We remodeled, rewrote and updated our canon list. Each canon now has their own character search page that provides interested individuals with a brief overview of what’s happened to them thus far in the game, therefore giving them an opportunity to get started right away.
• We rewrote the entire Medjai article and added more information and opportunities.
• Although the Djed are still a work-in-progress, they have new information available and new information will be added periodically.
• We’re still looking for Ardeth Bey, Rick O'Connell, Alex O’Connell and Jonathan Carnahan to be filled.

• A lot of documentations were rewritten (and canon-based information corrected), and new information has been added.
• The summaries have been updated and partially remodeled.
• New information on Medjai and Djed occupations have been released, and new information is still being added.

• We’re making plans to wrap up our Ireland arc soon, so join us as our second arc nears completion and we head into England’s arc!

WHAT'S GOING ON?

• We tweaked the overall appearance of the forum quite a bit that way it appears similarly to IF boards (but with minor differences).
• We’re still looking for Alex O’Connell and Rick O’Connell to be filled.
• We reopened Westerners (civilians, military and scholars) with character limits attached. Medjai, Djed and canon characters will never have character limits, regardless if they’re original/adoptions. Members have also submitted new, adoptable Westerners.

We’re reviving! We’ve recently did a major cleanup of the forums, we’ll be introducing new features, and we’ve recently transferred our information to a MediaWiki for player contribution.
