Are you asking for the features to be created, or for someone to create your whole sidebar?

There is no need for a points code since there already is a point system built right into JFH. Just enable the IBstore mod (explained here) then follow instructions listed at "Setting up the store" and Setting up the Bank (which also has a handy guide telling you how to adjust users points afterwards).

As for a sidebar, there is a base for customisation with explanations of how to install one here.
All you'd have to do is double a section from that sidebar code then rename it and convert it to your new needs. (So copy a part, ex- "Plot", then rename everywhere you see "plot" on that cloned part to "Deaths", then just put in the deaths for that month via regular HTML formatting. Then add that new section's CSS identifiers to the CSS to configure it too. EX- "#Deathhead" or "#Deathbody". You can duplicate/modify the other sections similarly to fit your needs. )
