Positions hiring for: Co-Admin - Looking over apps, talking in the cbox, helping new members get involved, a bit of advertising, idea planning, and that sort of thing -- I need someone that's here and has a good energy level. This person will help me with the day-to-day of the site. Gossip Mod - So we have this account meant for anonymous gossip, and the idea is that it's a bit like Gossip Girl. People can pm the account with little tidbits, but if they don't, the gossip mod should be creeping on just about everything and come up with some juicy gossip. They have to come up with code names for everyone, that aren't too obvious, to make things that much more confusing. It'd be easier to just click HERE and see what sort of things are going on. Advertising Mod - I'd like for this mod to be able to advertise maybe not daily, but at least say 5? adverts every few days? Basically this is the person in charge of recruiting new members, contests and all that is all up to you. And other mods would be accepted too! Information: Here's a list of the requirements/things I'm looking for in an applicant. First of all, activity. I need someone who will be around, and number one job of the other co-admins is to keep everyone company and chatty and the site active. I understand absences, but my other co-admin is busy a lot of the time, so I really need someone who will be here and active. You need to be engaged and able to plot with people and make them feel wanted. Second is experience. I'd like someone with at least some experience, whether that be in running a site, leadership skills, coding skills, that sort of thing. Bring something to the table. If you've only done IF or PB I can teach you the ins and outs of Jcink, but it'd be best if you had at least some sort of knowledge of what these forum admin cps look like. As for writing, we're a literate advanced site. Average posts are from 300-600 words, with 500 being a good number to shoot for. Finally creativity. I want someone who will be able to bounce ideas off of me. I need other people to help come up with plans for the site. We want to be a team here, and not just rely on one person or the other.
