    I'm honestly not sure what's been going on with Dreamhost. >_> They used to be really good, but since December, I've moved to four different servers (I might make that five soon), and received too much downtime on and off. I thought that for a moment, it might have been my software (phpBB3, which I heavily modified) so I switched to MyBB, but it looks like it's them. >_>

    We did three times. We barely managed to knock some sense into the manager to get the pizza free, but the delivery girl and the manager were ignorant and rude. Winded up filing an unsatisfactory service complaint on the website.

I've been RPing since 1999 and I began in the Sailor Moon AOL RP rooms. I've since moved onto YIM RPing back in 2003, and in 2005 after the YIM user rooms were closed down permanently I switched to forum-based RPing.

How did you get into roleplay?:

I discovered RPing purely on accident back in 1999. I clicked on the AOL chat rooms button, went into Arts and Entertainment, and I found a Sailor Moon RP room. I had no idea what RP meant at the time, but I thought that what the people were doing was really neat, so I watched. After a while I decided to try it out myself and I've been RPing ever since.

How did you find RPG-D?:

I’m Vicky, and I’m a certified Multimedia Designer and certified Adobe associate. My interest is primarily in web design and development, and I used to do website consulting in the past for companies.

I’m an insomniac, I have an undying love for Coca-Cola, and I like to go on vacation a lot. :D I’m also a Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Sherlockian, and I'm a purist when it comes to that series, so please refrain from mentioning any "based on" work to me.

I’ve been self-hosting for around half a decade, and I’m an avid phpBB3 fan girl. I’ve managed to customize the software for my games to the extreme where I’ve managed to automate a lot of admin chores that most admin’s don’t realize could be automated. However, please don’t come to me for support – chances are I won’t respond as I don’t have the time.

And for those of you wondering, Vicky is my real name, and I use this name on other directories when available.
