Welcome to the Roleplaying Game Directory, or RPG-Directory [RPG-D] for short. The Directory is your main service for advertising your board here on RPG-D and the following rules apply when submitting your advertisement to the directory. .::. General Rules for Advertising .::.- In order to submit your advertisement, you must have fifteen [15] quality posts on RPG-D.
- All ads must be submitted by an admin or global moderator of the board.
- Boards must follow both the Inivisonfree Terms of Service and the Terms of Service of the webhost they are on.
- Ads may be submitted for any board host [IF/ZB/IPB/vB/PB/phpBB/ etc.] but members should be able to sign up for free.
- You must have our mini-button on the index of your board, either in the header, footer or sidebar. If we can't find the button your advertisement will be trashed (the button should be visible, not in a drop down list or in another form).
- Fill out the whole template, or else your topic will be deleted.
- Please place a proper rating in the template. For an explanation of the rating system, see here!
- If your forum RPG has a website, please link directly to the forum, as it makes sorting easier. You can include the link to the website, but the first link should be directly to the forum.
- Forums should be online and should not force guests to log in to see them.
- If your board is in the submissions area and a staff member has replied to it, you’re always given an amount of time to fix something, 1,3 or 5 days! So please check back on your advertisement!
- Once your board has been sorted into the Directory, a colored dot will indicate its activity level. It is not allowed to change this topic marker yourself.
- If your board is listed in the Directory and has been closed (either turned offline or deleted), please PM a Directory Checker so the advertisement can be removed.
- Bumping your topic is only allowed one month after the last reply, further bumping and double posting is forbidden!
- Non-forum RPGs (Second Life, blogs, email etc) are accepted at RPG-D. Please read the additional notes below!
- Advertising via PM is strictly forbidden. If you have received a PM advertising a board, forward this to 'ShinLi' and do not reply to it.
.::. Additional Rules for Non-RPGs .::.- Our mini-button should be located on the index of your board. We will not make exceptions for non-rpgs.
- Use the Non-RPG advertising template, located below the RPG template in this topic.
.::. Additional Rules for Non-Forum RPGs .::.- Our mini-button should be located on the index of your website. However if you have troubles with this, please pm ShinLi to see if something else can be arranged!
- Use the RPG advertising template, try to link to a page anywhere that might view your status on the website, otherwise noting your function might be good enough too.
- Remember that your board will always be sorted in the Non-Forum RPG category!

*Custom skins are made specifically for your site, generally made by someone else for your site only. Credits are either put normally on the skin, mentioned in the sidebar, or simply mentioned in a topic somewhere *Self made skins are made by yourself for your own site. Credit is not necessary, but can be put anywhere on the skin or in a topic. RPGD will not make it necessary for you to put up a credit for the skin if you don't have a credit on the skin *Premade skins are skins made by others and codes submitted onto resource forums, like skins you can find here in RPGDs Skindex. Credits should always be kept intact and where the skin maker put them originally. They cannot be removed or moved somewhere else (say you remove the footer copyright, and add a copyright note in the sidebar).
