I can't post my RPG submission topic as it says I do not have permission to post in that Forum. Does anyone know why it won't let me start my topic?

Sure do. You must have fifteen quality posts. Read the guidelines in this topic (click).

As it states in the Advertising Rules, you must have 15 quality posts to submit an advertisement. Quality posts means you actually participate in the discussions, instead of posting just a few words. Posts also do not count in the Games and Polls forums.

Oh lol, I thought they meant 15 quality posts in my RPG. XD
