Experience:

• Graphic Admin; I haven't been doing it for too long, but I know how to make affiliate buttons, banners, etc. and I'm getting better all the time. If I were to do this I would also be able to help with moderating.
  
• Admin; Don't even ask. I've been an admin on many sites, and I consider myself good enough. I have almost no knowledge of coding, so don't expect me to do that but I am good at placing forums and the rest of that stuff. ;)
  
• Mod; Lots, again. For rp forums I have checked many applications, for other forums I know what to do, close topics, warn people, delete spam, etc.
  
• Advertisement Manager; I don't have much experience here, but I feel I could manage the ad team, you know the stuff, advertising the site on sites that advertise, making sure they have our affiliate button up, all that stuff.

Custom Notes I've been slightly busy lately, so I will only take 1 or 2 jobs, and if it's something big, then only one. I really don't want to join a dying site or one that seems to be becoming inactive again though, I hate that.

I have been considering hiring someone to take care of advertisements as I run a large-ish rpg and can often get bogged down with other things and go weeks without advertising. If you would be interested in taking over the advertisement management, please check out my rpg and let me know. This position may also include supporting our indexing staff in keeping the Member Database up to date if you are comfortable with that. Currently, we have no system for advertising other than I try to advertise on new rpgs so I don't double post, lol. So I would need someone detail oriented who could design and advertising stategy for us.
