Well, I figured its gone on long enough, so now I've decided to take it up. Why are none of the advertisements being moved from the Submissions section? Their are dozens in their that have yet to be moved or even commented on. If their was something wrong with them, wouldn't the person in charge point it out. Is their some announcement that I missed?

Eh, there's about 20, and they've all been submitted in the past couple of days. The rest in that forum have been commented on, and the issue has not been resolved. If an ad has an issue that is not resolved in 5 days, it gets trashed.

Just understand there are douzens of submissions a day. Even if we sort them constantly, there will always be a few submission sitting for the next day. That is what happens with big forums.
