Okay, this might sound like a very dumb question and I'm probably going to appear like I'm I've having a sort of Paris Hilton moment but this is really getting to me. You know how on some forums there are announcement boxes with text that goes up and down along with affliates and other stuff like that? Well I've been trying to get one for my site for as long as I can remember but I cant find them! Help from anyone would be appreciated!
