What color and theme is your bedroom?

What is your dream bedroom?


My room is light green and navy blue. It doesn't really have much of a theme since I've tried to stuff way too much stuff into it. I have a large bed, tv, armchair, dresser, and desk and it's only 12x12.

My dream room would be probably strongly Asian-inspired, maybe with plum as the main color. I'm a little more obsessed with bathrooms, and I'd love a Japanese-style bathroom, with a really deep soaking tub in lots of earthly colors and cedarwood.

My room is a mixture of different colors because I'm such a pack rat, but it's mostly pink. Unfortunately. It's got a wood floor though, which is a plus, but I hate the color overall.

My dream room would be completely goth. Black everywhere. Sure, the room would be dark in the daytime, but that's the way I want it. With a little bit of midnight blue in various places.

My room is currently in green/red/white/black colours. Two walls being lime green, the other two, white-ish. My carpet is deep red, as are some of my shelves. My bad and bedside ... drawer are also lime-green.

My ideal room? The ultimate chill-out lounge XD. I'm working on it already, I currently moved my computer, so I'm actually 'lounging' on my couch. Put my screen infront of me on a stool, and have the keyboard on my lap XD. I'm going to create a 'lounge' area in one side of my room, with loads of pillows. And I'm going to be creative with my computer, because I think I hate sitting behind my desk atm, it's so standard XD. As you can guess, my room is quite big. It holds a tv, shelves, two drawers, desk, bed, couch, and some other furniture.

My room color is like....white. My walls are white, and nothing matches.

My dream room would either be...

A dark room with a lot of posters, guitars hanging off the walls, with a 8-way stereo for my computer.

or

A completely white room, with bright light whites, with chains falling off the ceiling, and straitjackets in the closet....but thats a bit unlikely, so lets to with the room + posters.

My current room is yellow on the top half, and some weird blue green on the bottom half, separated by some sailboat trim stuff. :lol: I'd rather have it be all yellow, I like bright colors. I don't really know what my ideal colors are, except that they should be bright and let in the sunlight.

My room is the most amazing color in the world... yep you guessed it WHITE!!! lol

Dark blue walls with clear glow in the dark paint spattered around.. sounds weird i know but its so cool i use to have it that way when i was a kid

My room at home is gorgeous! Two walls are hotpink, the other two are dusty pink while the trimings ( door frame, skirting boards, windowstills etc) are mandarin orange! The curtains even match with massive pink and orange handpainted daisies on calico. I even put up my hotpink mosquitoe net and bead hanger abover the door thinger.

And wait for it ... My duvet was hot pink with gold love hearts, once again handpainted. And I sewed little diamantes onto my mosquitoe net which made it look even purrtier. Did I mention my drawers and laptop were pink? I love the colour. :pink:

And my room on base and ship!??!!? Well ... Just think the complete opposite of that and voila! My room on ship is really little, and I share with three other dudettes and its all gay and ugly looking. I wanna go home. Hahaha

My room is dark purple, with a canopy bed that's spray painted silver. It's not decorated much, other than a few posters and a random candy collage. But my dream room would still be the purple, but would have silver roses painted along the wall my bed is against, framing the window, and at random places around the room. The shelves along with wall would be painted dark green, like the rose stems. I'd also finally get around to painting my mirror frame silver and getting curtain-thingies for the bed.

Three of my four walls are interrupted my either by doors (entrance, closet, bathroom) or my window; those are painted gold. The only full wall is painted red. I like it; it's all very vibrant, and sort of gives one the impression of ketchup & mustard... lol. My current furniture is plain black-painted sanded wood with dark cherrywood paneling. The curtains are a red velveteen over a bamboo 'scroll' thing.

My ideal bedroom is simple. I would like three cream walls, and one a bright, shocking violet. I'd like for my curtains and scroll to be replaced with a simple paper-y lilac-colored shade, and I would love brushed-steel furniture.

Or I'd like something 'Asian-minimalist.' Smooth black bed-frame (or a futon!), pale yellow (or violet red? maybe off-white) walls with this really pretty stencil-effect of thin trees & flowers in a rust color; screens for the windows; flower arrangements everywhere... lol

My Room is currently Yellow, Blue and white. Yellow being on the walls and white being the carpert. Also Blue being my furniture. Trust me Its hideous. But we're rented so no changing.

My Ideal room would be black Wall, with a white carpet. Kerrang poster's all over the wall's and a massive sound sytem in my room. Souns great, I'd love that. But dream's can't come true in this house. (unhappy)

My room is a very pretty electric blue, lime green, and white. The whole theme is kind of tropical because my bed sheets have palm trees on them. But there is a lot of stuff in my room so besides the walls, rug, and bed, I have no theme.

My dream room would be sort of Indian with lots of reds, purples, and golds. The walls would be one purple, one red, one gold, and one white. And there would be a sort of mosquito-net canopy thing over my bed and lots of fuzzy things. Lots.

I have three bedrooms. Lol I live in three houses. The first one is blue and brown :) the second one is pink and yellow - my half sisters choice- and my third one is brown, cream and red.

My current bedroom is... Orange. Yes, believe it or not. There used to be white stripes on two of the walls paper, but that's yellow now, due to exposure of the sun. My curtains have flowers. My floors kinda ripped. Basically, it's stupid, old and childish. -sigh-

My dream bedroom would be... well, either really 'business-like', or my very own canvas. Middle-brown laminate floor and the furniture in much the same way, with a big, heavy desk. Wooden panels covering half of the wall, the rest'll be cream paint.

The canvas thing, however, will be a crimson wall with cream splatterings, just random, and maybe a saying. Or something that comes from my heart. Things I stand for, to remind me never to stray from that. Yeah... I'd like that. ^^

Actually, I'm going through this right now. I have permission to decorate my new room (it used to be my brother's room). I'm doing a light sea green for three of the walls while painting the fourth, which kind of protrudes a bit, a kind of weatish-gold color. I'm getting a small red rug for the ceter of my room. I sketched it out the other day and it's going to look pretty

Mine is boring cream coloured but I have alsorts of random flyers and tickets and pictures all over the place.

Nice fluffy light orange. I love it. It's got puzzles I've done hanged and framed on the wall as well as a painting I begged and begged to have. I kinda with my room was bigger, with more shelving for me books.

Oh yes, my room. I luffs it.

Colors - the top half of all of my walls is a tan/orange color. The lower half is a deep red.I've got a border going around the middle with various Japanese kanji on it and some random designs. Best color combination ever.

Link also adorns one of my walls. You know, the little wall graphic things. It wins.

My room is very bland. Nothing special about it. Its walls are bone white, with a white ceiling. But hey what do you expect I live in a apartment building <_<

Mkay, before I went crazy, my walls were very light pink. You could barely tell it was pink it was so light.

Two years ago, I decided it was boring, and took a can of bright pink paint and started writing random things all over the walls. Eventually, we got acryllic paints on there in different colors, and those wood coloring pens in like, 45983 different colors.

If I felt like getting off my bottom, I'd take a picture. Maybe tomorrow.

My walls are white, although I have so many posters and puzzles on the walls that you can hardly see them on some faces. >.>

The most striking shade of white you'll ever find anywhere. And I don't even have the excuse of a million posters and such to hang up. >.>

Well, I'm about to paint it, so all is well with the world. Or my world, anyway. I really, really, hate white, at least on a wall.

Well I just got a new comforter set for my birthday so I'm hoping to change my room around a lot. This is the set that I got, so I'm not really sure what to do with the rest of my room. It came with dark brown, almost black window hangings, but the rest of the stuff in my room is one of two shades of stained wood and my bedframe is metal painted white, so it's quite a mixture. Right now, my walls are an awful pinkish-brown color and I've wanted to paint it for ages, so now I finally get the chance. Not sure, but I'll probably go with something maybe green.... orrr grey, I'm really bad at picking those colors! lol

Any suggestions while we're at it?

Well.... I like Harry Potter, so my mum waited till I went on Holiday with a friend, and painted my room Slytherin Green and Silver... I was a little embarressed, but it was nice of her to do it for me as a surprise. I mean, at least she took interest in something I like...... I just never got the courage to ask her where she found out the House Colours. And I am glad she didn't choose Hufflepuff or Gryffindor Colours. LOL. I like Green.

My room, right now, is basically the same from when I got it done, seven years ago -- pink floors, sky-blue walls, pink trim everywhere ... ballerinas dancing around on the walls, blue comforter ... very girlish. i'm embarassed to have people up there haha ..

but, as i'm moving into a dorm next year, everything is pink and green and white -- a huge step up from pink and blue, i know lol .. but i personally think its cool

I really don't like our room -- I'm forced to share it with my sister until I get the cash to move out. O___o
The walls are a weird off-white, tan/yellow patterned wallpaper. Eventually we're going to paint it but most of it's got band/movie posters and drawings me and my sister did on it.

Mine is dark blue and red.
Its got like 1 accent wall.

Yeah, I just painted my room this summer. It's dark red with white shelves and trim. I love it! Before it was *drum roll* white.....big surprise there.

I'm at my dorm now, so my room is about as neutral and nondescript as possible, but after careful searching, I think I've found the color. It's just a shade lighter than dark khaki. Yay...

Mines light blue cause when we rented this house it was already that color and we've yet to paint any of the walls.

My room was this pretty dark blue, part of the house was this beautiful red, and.. Yeah. I believe that almost every room in the house had one painted wall.

Since I'm at school, my room is all white and depressing so I've taken to taping random pictures to it and my best friends tapes random stuff to it. And I do mean random when it comes to her, right now there's a bag of fruit gummies taped next to my window. Don't ask me why she decided on fruit gummies.

My other room used to be a yellow color before me, sister, and mother painted it a sky blue type of hue. Now that I switched rooms per say, my walls are...tan. o.O; Eerie color...

White. White, white, white. I live in a dorm, heh, but it's actually a four-bedroom apartment, so I have my own room, thankfully. I have some bunched tapesty-like fabrics hanging on my walls, tho, to give it color .. one's a purple/red/black/gold sari, another is a shiny silver/white/blue fabric, and another is a long, silvery scarf-like thing. I also have purple boas .. it's interesting. :pink:

My room at home, though, has brown walls, but they're not painted. I used a paper mache-type method with brown paper bags, which sounds tacky, but it actually looks really nice, like suede or something.

well, the walls are powder-blue, and the ceiling is light brown. and i have one feature wall, that is brown wallpaper with powder-blue flowers on it.

i love it so. =]
