Title: Make A 'Rp Membership' Forum

Developous - June 12, 2007 11:12 PM (GMT)
Frankly, it would put you ahead of the competition if you make an 'Rp Membership' Forum. That is, a forum to promote members to come to your RPG.

Advisory: 20 posts.

I'm really confused.

Isn't that kind of doing a lot of extra work for nothing? I mean, you'd have to get people to come to that forum ... to come to the forum for your RPG?

People can always goto your rp. What I mean is a special area to persuade them to go there in the first place. In easy words, explain in greater detail about your board. Not evaluated or anything, just used to promote it.

I don't think that would work at all if your other forum is all that it was about. I think it'd just be extraneous and somewhat useless.

That seems to be the point of the Directory itself. There's a plot section, as well as an "Anything Else" type of thing, so I think that there is ample opportunities to "promote" your site. Plus, we are able to promote in our signatures, another plus.

hmm... your right. ok. But hay, maybe this will turn out. Doubtful, but oh well..

I think a forum like this would just encourage spam. Its a good idea but hard to manage and keep up with. Thank-you for your suggestion though, maybe it will work into something later on.

You are giving an explanation of what your forum is in your advertisement. I don't get what else you need to promote your board really. If you need to add more to incise someone to come, then add it in the "Other" section. I don't see what else is really needed.

As Puppet said, thanks for the suggestion though.
