Title: Directory Index Threads
Description: Need C&C

While I was sorting submissions into the directory. I was actually wondering how RPG-D's members are using the Directory Index Threads. I was wondering if they are used, and if you as a member find them useful. How many times do you use them?

Please reply with some feedback about the directory index threads. Thank you.

I've never used them. However, I do think that they are useful.

When I look through the directory, it's generally to find a new site. Well, when I'm looking for a new site, I base it on activity, which means that it will either be posted towards the top or have a green button attached to it. Since the index doesn't show activity, I don't bother with it.

However, for people searching for an RPG that they know the name of, it's much faster then sifting through the topics in the forum itself.

I honestly didn't realize they were there...

I've read them for various reasons and found them useful. I don't use them that often because I'm not looking to join any new forums, but I think that for people who are interested it's their best tool. It's a ton easier than browsing through the forum itself.

I think they are really useful, sometimes I forget about them but I have used them.

Yeah, I use it. But not very often. I find the RP request place more help.

I find them very useful. I like how they are there. They are especially useful when the Topsite is down. I prefer to use the directory, actually.

Well I'm working on the topsite, as you could read in the other topic here in this forum. I find it sooo annoying that we are out of bandwidth already. But I suppose that's another way to look at the index threads ^^.
