I think I have close to 105. I dont know if that means if I have split personalities or I should try to be an actress. :D Some of them I just use to build up personal stories of mine and to give a visual aid to my artwork.

That's a lot. I only have seven... and most of them originated from stories I created in my head while I was bored.

Well, I guess I only have seven because I like to reuse them. -shrug-

hmmm. currently, i have three characters i roleplay with. im making another as i write this. however, counting all the characters i have in total.....not as many as kimahra...but...43 incarnations of characters. some are repeats that i have used for different sites, but the majority of my characters are new. all are completely original. i have that many from just over a year (january last year) of all the roleplaying ive ever done.

Ummm, probably about 50, most of which have only seen one RP before I altered them

I have just under twenty on roleplay sites, but that number is going up by roughly two every week lately.
I then have my reused MSN rp charries.. which is about twenty.
My animal characters, about ten.
My not reused MSN charries that I still sometimes like to doodle, about 50.
My various muses and vision type people, about 5.

So, altogether, there is roughly 105 too. But I don't usually count the not reused MSN charries if someone asks me about them IRL.

Do you guys play all of these characters at one time? Power to you, especially if each character is it's own unique entity. That seems mindboggling to me.

Currently, I have -count-em- TWO. Though I usually carry around six or so under my belt, since I'm rarely on more than one or two sites (at most!).

But in all of my years of RPing I've had about .... *counts* .... holy moly, only 12ish in the span of five years!

Okay, so in my defense I have only been on like four different sites in five years? So I guess I kind of just stuck with those charries the entire time (and I have used 3 on multiple sites).

I play about 19 all at one time, I made a list of all my roleplay forum characters at school ((yeah, I'm a saddo with no life XD)), and I come up with 19.

I use the muses//animals all the time, but not really for writing or roleplaying, just for art.

Lets see. I have around… 10-15 different characters at the moment. But I create them on and off over the years, so I lost count. So I probably have created over 50 characters over the years, but half of them I don’t even remember their names, backgrounds, let alone character notes since half of them where created on a computer that doesn’t even work anymore.

Most of my characters though, where created for Yahoo! Messenger Rps, so they all may end up being a little odd for those who don’t RP on there.

And most likely 20-something on sites.

I dunno, around 10-15 but I don't Roleplay as much anymore because I've been extremely busy. Since I started November, I think it's understandable that I am quite limited x3 But I want to create some more but I know I shouldn't.

I think I might have around 20 characters in total. So characters for Roleplays and for my own stories (which I don't really write down lol).

Nothing more to it. I don't get many new characters as I haven't joined much RPG's since I own RPG-D.

I have six, three on my friends site, and three on mine. I probably would have more, but three's the limit on both sites (well I may change mine sooner or later, but then I'd need to add more canon and non canon characters.)

Ermm.. I have a selection, but I've never counted them all up. On my recent RPG I've got four characters, whilst on other sites I've had 3-5 different ones.

I am currently only role-playing one! Yey! I haven't had time lately... so it's good to be back to it. It's an old character that I've had around for a looong time. She was finally reunited with her love! XD LOL

I play on three rpg's my own and two others.

On mine, I play 4 characters.
On another I play 3.
On the last I play 1.

So for a total of 9. However I repeat two characters so it's actually 7 different characters.

I only RP on one board, but I've got three regular characters and a total of twenty-five NPCs there. It keeps me a little busy.

Hmmm, as of now, I have 4 on one site and 2 on another. But over time, I've created around 20 characters. I can usually handle up to 6 at a time, but I try to cut it down now.

ill say 7-10 atm but ive had oh goodness probably close to 20+

I am currently in possession (AND active with) 20 characters that I use in RPs. I've been on a number of sites and two of my characters have followed me to every single site I've joined. They are my babies and I can't not have them. As for story characters that I use in my writing of short stories / novels then I have about 200+ because I'm always writing a new story.

Hmm...lets see. I have three on one forum, three on another one, one on another, one on another...that would make 8 RP characters so fair. I am kinda new to RP-ing though (only started in February) so more are probably gonna follow soon.

I use alot, though most of my characters use the name Chris, but lately I've been trying to get new names for my characters for instance I have used the name David Vercetti and John Romero.

Nine, as far as I can remember. Though those ones are only the active ones, since a lot of boards I was active were closed and there was another one that I moved out for personal reasons. Anyway, I'm intending to make twins in a board, so it's just a question of time until I have eleven active characters, if I don't create the other one in this other board... Nah, I never use the same character anyway, not anymore, which explains a lot, so...

Right now I have been RPing in at least five different sites so roughly I have at least 20 not sure maybe lower. But then I do sometimes RP on other places like chats and stuff, so really I say 60-120 since really I have more than enough on non RPG site o_O, but then again I have WAY too many my mind is kind of an RPG world itself so really counting seems pointless.

2 I use regularly and the other 3 are from when I was first starting so they arent used that much.

Mind you, with my board, I take on many of the main chars. -counts- Currently i have about 50 or so.

I generally join only one or two boards at a time and have only one character on each, as they're pretty intense. I go really in-depth about history, personality etc, but I have never used a character on more than one board (even if that board died). I just love creating really deep characters that have a lot to do with their setting.

So, because of that, I only really have...three...that I'd really count right now, though there have been others in the past. But never a whole lot--some people can probably do quality and quantity, but that isn't a gift I share, so I just stick with quality.

Currently I have only two, on my own site. =] It's pretty active, so I don't have the time to join another site, haha.

Over all I've had 20+... I make a new character for every site I join, sometimes I join with more than two, and of course with the low success rate of sites these days, I've joined A LOT after they die.

I have even more than that if you include GJ, LJ, and AIM RPs I was on before hand. And of course the canon characters I've played... The real number is probably closer to 100. XD
