Hi there guys. Within a week or two, our site will be moving to our own domain. I realize it is against the rules to advertise over PM, but is it permissible for me to PM each of our affiliates to ask them to change the code for our button? I didn't want to break any rules.

I did... but I contacted everyone I could via their board first and just did the stragglers with no guest friendly boards here. If you want to be completely by the book, don't give the url in the first pm, you can request the change and send the url when they agree. Though, I am not the last word either. :)

You can also change the url in your affiliation thread, and pm the people here on RPG-D, saying you changed the link to your forum, and for that they have to look in your thread, where you can give a link to. Like that they can simply copy & paste the new code.
