Why is it set at 25 seconds?

Don't you think it's a bit high?

We never experienced any problems wit the flood control. We expect our members to contribute to this forum, so I suppose your not done writing a message in ten seconds. Also in order to advertise here you need 15 quality posts.

The only people who seem the have problems with flood control are people who come from resource forums, like you. So I'm not going to change flood control for those few people. It has been adressed before, and it will not change.

In addition, most resource boards have it at 30 plus. I found the flood control here to be much more leniant than I expected. I mean, what can you possibly type in less than 25 seconds? Not much that's worth reading in my opinon.
