So I was watching Cirque de Soleil on TV yesterday, and I found myself wondering, how would it be like to be only twelve and travel the world doing the thing you love? I thought more about it, and I thought it would make a great roleplay. I'm not sure if there are already circus-life type of RPGs already, but I kind of played around with this idea in my head and I'm getting to like it more.

Of course, I know I'd have to do a lot of research and such, but I was just wondering now how roleplayers would respond to this kind of board. What do you guys think?

You know, that's actually kind of intriguing and I've never thought of it before. I think it has some real potential just because it's so unique and I have never seen a circus life rpg before at least? I think it'd be especially be interesting from like an 1800s standpoint when circuses were all the rage.

You should definately look into it. I could be convinced into joining. :)

I agree. I like the whole circus idea and the huge adventure at stake. I think if you also threw in a couple of other charcaters, it would be better. But try not to make it like the Famous Five.

You may think I'm saying this cos' I'm a girl but if you also made it a lil (lovestruck) then it may draw attention...to us girls!

I think its a brillent idea for a roleplay. There are so many possiblities in it. I would join it, I really need to step a little further from the 'gifted' roleplays, they seem to be all that I'm active in lately.

I think it sounds like a lot of fun.
I would more than likely join if there was one.
Kinda makes me think of the HBO show Carnival though. I know they are a bit different ....but still
