I've activated my account and have more than fifteen posts at my forum, but when I go to start a topic in the 'Directory Submissions' board, it says I'm not allowed to start a topic. Does anyone know why?

The fifteen posts is for this site. Since you just join, you have to post up until you get 15 posts on this account. Then you will be allowed to post. Hope this is clear.
Ohhh! I feel really stupid now. ^^; Thanks for clarifying, an admin can remove this topic if neccessary.
