Preferred Number of Members/Activity: It'd be cool to have on that's just starting, but more activity is always a good thing. So if it's just starting, member count matters not. But if it's been around for a while, then there must be at least 15 active members.
Preferred Time where RPG is set in: Past, a guess.

Other Notes: Custom Uchiha clan members must be available for application. Furthermore, the Sharingan must work like it does in the series, for the most part. I can understand putting limitations on it, but there can't be anything crazy (ex: it drains a lot of chakra, or it can only copy 10 jutsu EVER, etc.).

I realize that this one requirement will probably prevent anyone from having the answer to my request, but if anyone knows of an RP like this, then I'd be most grateful.
