I really love this site even though I just joined, but I was just wondering if there is anyway you could add a ratings board. Basically, it's nice to hear feedback from staff and other members to what you are doing right and wrong with your site. If you are worrying about abuse of this feature by new members, you could set a post limit or something.

I understand if you don't want to deal with the hassle of a ratings board, I just really like them and thought I should suggest it.

Maybe if you explain it a tad more I'd be able to give you a better answer. Do you mean like a review of the board almost, where a staff member says what is good and bad about what you have so far. Because if so, we've been trying to get a review team together for quite some time, but for some reason it just doesn't seem to be working out. If not, could you explain a tad further?
