What do I do if one of my my admin just suddenly out of no where drive one of my other admin away form my sidte and they leave? What should I do with the attacking admin? Please help.

Okay, so admin A kicked out admin B, but admin A is still present? Firstly, I would speak with admin A to see why he/she kicked out admin B. Maybe there was a legitimate reason. Secondly, I would speak with admin B to hear his/her side of the story. Thirdly, I would act appropriately: if admin B did something offensive which should result in being kicked out, I would maybe give him or her one more chance. If admin A kicked out admin B for no reason at all, I would have a serious talk with admin A. (Or ban him/her for that matter if it seems fit.)

Hmm thanks you two, I'll think about what you both have said, I forgot to post this bit, but this is what was said on the Cbox on my site:

Over the year's I've had a lot of problems with Cbox's so I've now removed the Cbox for good from the site this happened upon. When it comes to be being Root admin I'm kind of am but kind of not, the site this happened on was a remake of an old site of mine which I created but on this one I created it with a team.

Firstly, there is always a lead admin to deal with this stuff. Other admins are cool, doing it as a team works wonders. But you need one to be the top, and the others to be below. (My opinion, not to be followed if you don't want to)

Secondly, I'd say just let it go. Jools obviously needs time off to relax her life. Sometimes life gets in the way of being on a site. Also, I don't htink adam attacked her. Attacking would be actually saying some of the stuff to her that she said to herself. He was more asking her to post, becuase he needed her to post.
So I'd just say let her have her time away from the board to get her life in order.

I don't really think that Adam drove Juliet off the site since he actually didn't say anything like "leave now". Sure, he didn't choose his words wisely considering the situation, especially calling her a weirdo. People get stressed and it's best to help them--at least let them cool off--rather than creating a bigger deal out of it.

My suggestion would be to definitely talk to both sides. Adam, it seems, needs to be more considerate. And Juliet needs to just take a deep breath and perhaps take a vacation as well. I would encourage her to come back when she has time, and she can resume her position of administrator.

Okay. This sounds like someone having a major mood swing. If I interpreted what she said correctly, she's probably been recently diagnosed with some sort of depression disorder, and has been prescribed meds. The meds have probably not started working yet due to her not having been on them for long enough to have a therapeutic level in her bloodstream. People do not think rationally when in deep mood swings, either manic or depressive. Also, if she's around thirteen years old, she might be having her first period, which was at least for me the worst one ever mood-wise. I vaguely recall being curled up in the bathtub just wanting to die. Give her a few days. She'll probably come back.
