Who loves 'em? I dooo! A bunch of different areas have a snow day today; a friend from New Jersey has one, Washington County in Maryland has a snow day and all Maine schools have been closed, including the universities.

Who else has one?

And for those poor people who have no idea what a snow day is...it's basically where is snows so much that it's dangerous for buses to drive so school is delayed/canceled/let out early =).

Ooh! I love snow days! :] I had one yesterday, and I have one again today. Like all the Maryland Schools are closed, but the odd thing is, the only reason we aren't in school is because the Snow Plow People are being lazy. XD [Thank God we didn't have a delay, delays throw me off. >.<]

Last week, I had 5 snow days in a row, woooooot.

Are you serious! Wow O_O. I'm hoping for maybe two days. 5 days.. -dies-. That'd be pretty neat if the rest of this week were snow days because next week is vacation for me XD.

Our stupid new Superintendent gave us just a 2 hour delay. I had to walk to school in hail and then they had this like emergency-ish evacuation at the end of school. They let the student drivers out first, and then continued from there. She's going to get such hell for it!

Our School emailed all our parents, they already wimped out and gave us another snow day. Thats our 3rd one in a row. o.O

I got hit with the same storm as Horsecrazy and we had off today. My district is too wimpy to send us into school when there's ice. I'm acutally upset about that because I would've had a 4 day weekend if we went into school today. Now I still have a 3 day weekend, but it would've been nice to have four days off.. I'm not hoping for another day off tomorrow, we get a three day weekend in like two weeks, I think, only if there isn't another snow day between now and then.

We only had two schedualed this year.

I had a snow day today (New Jersey). My school district never, ever closes when the others do. A Catholic school a town over announced it was closing today yesterday at 4 PM. I love snow days. I got to hang out with a friend I rarely see anymore, and I have February break next week, so this was a nice pre-break break.

They've threatened snow 3 times this winter, and I still have only seen 1 single flake. We had a tiny bit of icing this month.

They take away your 3 day weekends when you have snow? That suuucks. We can have like.. 4 show days before they have to start cutting into vacation. Next week is our Feb break, an entire week off! So I'm not overly upset that we didn't have off today!

^ Me too! I wouldn't have minded overly much if there wasn't school, but it's just that there was so much hype about it Monday and Tuesday that you kind of expect. It's been snowing/sleeting alllllll day. I wonder if it will last through the night.

Meh. Y'all are so lucky! I don't have any snow where I live. Maybe once every 6 years but none recently.

I love snow! It's so pretty! Winter is my favorite season. Winter, spring, and fall are all good seasons. I only like summer for the break and the part where you can swim and do outdoor activites.

The reason I don't like summer is because of the poison ivy, ticks, and all those other annoying things. Not only that but it's sooooo HOT and HUMID where I live in the summer.
