Since this is an RPG Board, I think you should have a "Free RP" forum.

For those new to this, you make a new topic and you RP about anything in that mini-plot. This will help those bored and it is a fun edition to every board.

We've had some onboard RPs before. They didn't seem to be a big hit, though they were fully developed RP's, not just a quick mini-plot thread like there are on some boards. I'm personally not a fan of the one topic RP's, though one topic ones in one area can be ok, one topic for an entire plot seems a bit too mashed together if you get what I mean. It's a good idea, but I'm not sure how feesiable it might be.

I don't know. I think it could be interesting, personally. Then one wouldn't feel obligated to keep up with multiple threads. Also, it could stem into actually normal-sized RPGs, giving people ideas--and members--to start with.

Well if more members have an opion about this idea, go ahead and voice it here. I'm curious to hear more thoughts about it. I did saw this free RP thing on other boards, and there it seemed to work out. But I also really want to give another try for an onboard RPG, so a full worked out one, but that won't happen until ZB comes out (eh, subboard within subboard? :grin:).

But maybe the free RP might be a good idea. We can always try it out. And as the Roleplay catagory is quite tiny now, it might be a good filling up for it. There are loads of forums for RPG admins and mods, but not that many for general RP'ers who don't own their own board and just stay guests and not sign up.

I'll at least have a further look into it ^_^.
