Preferred Time where RPG is set in: present. there are a lot of future and past RPs around, but I rarely see present ones. I'd like for it to be while the trio is is still in school or slightly in the future, but the trio is still involved.

Other Notes: I'd like to be able to play Hermione or Ginny. But preferably Hermione. =]=]

I like the looks of that place, but I have a question.
I don't really understand the whole posting thing that lets you move up in years. Does that mean you character starts out as a first year and as you post they get older and older? o__0

Thirty years into Harry Potters life and he had already done the impossible. Having killed Lord Voldermort when he was only twenty, he returned to the only place he ever called home Hogwarts. Which was in need of a Headmaster and Harry was perfect for the job. Harry met up with Ginny again and there love had not died. Marring a few months after he returned, they now run Hogwarts together.

Within this time frame, both Ron and Hermione fought alongside of Harry. The two shared a love for each other, though neither spoke of it. After being offered the job as Minister Hermione returned to London preparing herself for the long days and lonely nights. Running into Ron again at the Ministry they finally told each other how they felt, marring many months later.

During the days of war and all out fighting, Draco was fighting along side his Lucius and Voldermort. Though he never thought he would watch his father killed by Harry and his friends. Vowing to the Dark Lord that he would kill them, he soon found that harder then he expected. Harry had the upper hand and ended up killing the Dark lord as well. Though within this time Draco would inherit the Dark Lords powers and is now the new dark lord.

Will Draco rise to defeat Harry or will Harry once again prevail? Find out what Draco will do with his Hidden Powers ...

According to Ministry Aurors, the entire Weasley family has gone missing. Officials checked the homes of the Weasleys and their loved ones including Hermione Granger, Katie Bell and Angelina Johnson. Reports from the Order of the Phoenix have been kept hidden from the media. Something fishy is going here, and I don’t mean what I’m eating for dinner tonight.”

Ancient Magic is a canon Harry Potter RPG, beginning in book 1. We stick as closely to the books as possible while giving members the opportunity to live the Hogwarts experience as closely as possible.

The site is separately hosted, which makes it possible to add modifications like a store with name effects, objects, and pets. There is also be a heavy emphasis on Quidditch, and currently a Quidditch mod is being written specifically for AM. In the future, AM will offer the International Quidditch League, and players may choose to play on a Quidditch team without being a Hogwarts roleplayer.

Core canon characters are played by staff and trusted members interchangably, eliminating the constant search for canon players. Minor canon characters are allowed.
