Title: Creative Juice

What gives everyone their drive to use creative energy? Normally, music works for me, but lately I've just been in a block. Nothing is flowing out of me like it used to. I don't want to quit the sites I'm currently in, so does anyone have any tips for overcoming writer's block? This topic isn't only for that, it's also for saying what gives you your "push" to create things, be it paintings, graphical designing, 3D art, music, etcetera.

Wisdom and music.
Art doesnt cut it for me. Usualy my creativity comes from quotes.
And every now and then ill come up with one myself so that helps.
Music is a big motivation for me. usualy my friends are just like writing songs (were not a band, prob never will be.)

Music and People. :D
Music often plays a part with my imagination too, I have a large range of music from different genres so usually it is when I listen to something I haven't done for a while, then suddenly and idea will spark in my mind.
But what I mean by people is, I try to listen carefully to people, and those that are really close to me mean alot, I tend to play off emotions I see people experience and the emotions they make me experience. That is why if someone tells me they feel bad or good, I'm in the habit of trying to make them talk about it, explain why and how they feel. (hopefully the experience helps them too).
But yah, emotions do play a huge part, if I'm in a dull mood, no doubt my posts will be dull. :D

Personal experiences, everyday events inspire me. Art, music, poems, ect...are great ways of expressing your feelings, points of views and that is what inspires me. ^_^

When I post with a role play character, I imagine myself as that character. How would I feel, think, act, move? What part of me, is in that character that I can bring out? Sometimes, I even catch myself saying what I'm typing for their dialog outloud, even to the point of moving my arms when I read the post back. I invision myself as that character.
It's nearly the same when I create pictures in art class, write stories, and generally interact. Yup. That's my inspiration. Pretty deep huh? o.O

Alls I have to do to make a kick-butt signature for someone is look at their character profile. If I see their personality and such, the textures and brushes and fonts just sort of fit in, you know? :D
