Ok I found this relationship form online of someones website I found.But I wanted a new one because I dont want to get in trouble for not putting who made it. So does anyone have a great relationship form?

Just a basic relationship form. Because I have this one.But I was looking for another one because I don't know who the maker of that one is.

I think we get that, but what exactly do you mean by "Relationship Form"? I think that's more what we're wondering.

I think what s/he means is like some sort of plotting form/page/topic thingy for character relationships. Rose, you'll really have to make your own, with its own categories and phrases and colors and etcetera because most of them, really, are unique to certain characters.

Use that link as a basis, switch around phrases and colors, align it differently, and you're pretty much set. I've made my own before and they're not too terribly hard to make... Is that what you mean?? If you need more help making your own, look around for some highschool roleplays cuz they almost always have plotting pages there. :p Just remember not to steal.
