In 2016, human greed had reached a turning point. The earth resources were starting to run out and the competition over crude oil and the like was at an all time high. Wars raged across the globe until a single incident changed the world forever. During a drilling operation, a dragon cave was uncovered, killing several members of the Aerie in the process. With humanity at such odds with each other, the dragons easily wiped out most major cities. Many people became nomadic, staying ahead of the creatures but some dug in. Humans with special mental powers, called Psionics, created a city called Romford, reluctantly sheltering non-powered humans. Today, that city has grown to a small metropolis, even with two Aeries on it's doorstep, but it is by no means a utopia.

Delmar Moreno // twelve
Delmar is the twin brother to Lavenia. I kind of picture him to be a bit gullible and idealistic, but also a bit of a trouble maker. His relationship ship with her has been filled with him doing something wrong and her tattling on him back. She herself is a bit controlling and protective of him after their older sister had been kidnapped, which makes him want adventure even more.

Samuel Leyton // thirteen
Samuel grew up with abusive parents, whom had recently been killed. He's been taken in by a woman that is a part of the human's Resistance to the psionics. I picture him to be a trouble maker, more so than Delmar. *NOTE* This character has originally been placed up for adoption by someone on the board named Lea. She may have a completely different vision for him and if that's so please respect her requests over mine. I just want to plot with his character.

The plot I have in mind for these two is one that I absolutely LOVE, but am also extremely flexible with. I see the relationship between the two as something that Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn have in the books by Mark Twain. Delmar really looks up to Sam and often joins him on all sorts of adventures. Though Lavenia feels threatened by her brother's new friend and a power struggle takes place between the her and Sam, and Lavenia hates to lose.

They may be children, but I see so many plot opportunities for them!

Additional Information/Notes: There aren't that many other kids around on the site right now, but if I got one (or even both!) of these characters filled I know there'd be all sorts of fun things for Lavenia to get into.
