Vampire RPG
Genre: Fantasy
Difficulty: Intermediate - Advanced
Type(s) of Creature(s): Vampires, Humans, etc.
Preferred Rating: Any.
Preferred Number of Members/Activity: Depends really. If you're site is brand new I wouldn't expect it to have 100 members or anything like that. I'd prefer a good amount of members for the time it's been open and I'd like it to be active. I don't like incredibly large sites though, like 200+ members.
Preferred Time where RPG is set in: Present/Past
Other Notes: I can be rather picky about choosing sites, I don't want skins that clash horribly, are hard to read, or impossible to navigate. I also like playing plot characters, so if there are any open that'd be awesome.

Well, I've got a Vampire one for you in my signature, Blood Thirst. The member count is high, but as with many boards, not all of them are still active. I'd say we have about 30ish really active members, and more joining regularly.

We just opened Ancient Magic, it's a bit different then most HP forums out there, going back to basis and following the plot of the books.
Core canon characters are going to be played interchangeably by the staff members and dedicated members (so that might be you), minor canon characters are available.

I have Immortal Darkness for you. We've been open for nearly 2 weeks and have nearly 200 members and almost 3,000 posts. We don't have any BIG plots going as of yet since we've just started, but we might be thinking of a few things in the near future.

Drow and Elf
The Territory of Vidal is one of the many hotspots on Terran that the wars between the many races run rampant. Creatures from every walk of life congregate all over the Territory, from the capital city of Zelez all the way outwards to the Deadlands of Ashtoth.
Fear permeates the air, and Humans of every walk of life become food for these powerful beings. But some are fighting back, fanning the flame of war between each race so that their kind will outlive the skirmishes.
But who will survive? And who will perish?
Only time will tell.

I'm not sure what you mean by HP Present. As in HP Present = 1998 or HP Present = 2007 which ours is. So I'd thought I'd give it a shot :)
