This is a suggestion, off the top of my head... But what if RPG-D had a contest where sites could submit testimonials on their best staff member, and they were given some spotlight time on RPG-D?

It would show an admin's appreciation of their staff's hard work, as well as give them the opportunity to advertise their site.

Since we already have FOTF, I don't think it should be done very often... Maybe just once a month.

I can see people abusing this, though. Like, for example, people submitting themselves? xD

I don't think a lot of members would be too proactive in something like this unless they were nudged by the staff .. which, imo, makes them seem kind of full of themselves.
