To answer your question, no none of the staff made the emots. I believe ShinLi found them at the IFSZ but I am not sure of the exact topic. Maybe she can tell you tomorrow.

Yep, found them on the IFSZ. They are made by Domie and you can find them in the staff graphics gallery there ^^.
