Information:
Mercy House is a real life based facility for teenagers. That's right. No Harry Potter, no high school, nothing like that. Sure, maybe Harry is mentioned and there is a high school in town, but still. In four months, we've gained 129 members and we would like to continue to be active. Currently, there's only two admins to maintain the site. That's where you can help (:
Please don't apply for the administrator position if;;
x.x You have poor grammar and spelling
It's okay to make a mistake sometimes. We all do, but if you post like this: "oMG lyke wtf an hE wuz hapPie", then you don't need to apply. We do not ask for long posts, but they are always good, we just want high quality.
x.x If you know that you cannot be active
If you know that you can only be on an hour, on one day, out of all week, on a regular basis, then that's not active. We understand that problems do come up, out of your control. That is acceptable, but if you know this will happen, don't apply.
x.x If you're not comfortable with the concept of the board
- Don't say you will help, take one look at the board and things that are going on and change your mind. It is a mature-based board. That does not mean NC-17 or explicit nature, it just means that there are true to life reality.
We want both mods and admins to be;;
x.x Creative. If you're lacking creativity, you may want to think twice. Currently, we're looking toward the new year and new subplots. So, we would need everyone to pitch in.
x.x Good at advertising. If everyone joins in advertising, we could advertise on more sites than just a few (what we've been doing now)
x.x Experience. You will not be made an Admin if you have no experience. We value our board and we do not want anything, CSS wise, bothered by someone who has no clue what they are doing.
You don't have to good at graphics, but it is a plus. And you must be active. We will not make you an admin if we don't trust you. No one wants to come back the next day to find their board deleted. It would also be a plus if you have msn, since we mostly talk there. If not, we can always make a staff forum. (:

I would love to help out! After looking at the site itself I can see that you are true to what you've stated here and the whole idea is just amazing. I feel that I am more than capable to be an Administrator on your site. Instead of PM would you mind if we spoke over MSN? If you prefer PM then that is fine with me as well.

I also would just love to to help out! The site is very great site as what I see and it has an excellent concept. I've never seen an rp like this and I would love to be a moderator for a site like this.

I'll do it. Your site is very well made and well kept. I'd like to see it become a bit more active. (&& since I have a lot of free time now-a-days I can be on for at least one hour a day)
I'd love to be a mod or an admin. whatever is needed.
I love your site!!! And I am a member on a few different boards so I can advertise their for you. Also I have access to photoshop so i can do some graphics work.

Thanks for offering. If you both are still interested, you can certainly have the two mod positions. You can just register on the board and pm &&lacedsemicolons (: If you're interested in being a global mod, they're usually what we call representatives of the facility. They're adults - doctors. But of course, I won't force you to take those positions.
