ABOUT THE SITE
It is going to be a future Harry Potter role-playing game, set in 2015-2020, or somewhere around there. I want to put a plot twist in that can affect all members, but that can be avoided for the sake of the members who just want a normal Harry Potter school. It's going to be mandatory that you join as a canon until most/all are filled, so don't come in here thinking that you can bring in an original character of yours from another site. More details will be added, but I didn't want to make too many decisions without fellow staff.
I'll be honest, I'm strict when it comes to who I want to work with. First, I'll say what I don't want, and if you possess any of these things, I'm sorry, but you're just not right for the job.
DON'T HAVE
- Poor spelling and grammar. I'm serious here. If you can't spell one or two difficult words, that's fine. But if you make many typos, like saying "aynways", or something like that. Administrators are role models. You are expected to present good grammar and spelling. Nobody likes poor spellers for an Administrator.
- Poor posting quality. I want this site to be fairly advanced. I'm entirely serious when I say I want three or more paragraphs. If you have two paragraphs that are well-worded and detailed, no worries, but when if you're going to put only about seven sentences, it should be three paragraphs. The site demands probably won't be so high, but for Administrators, it will be.
- Take the position and leave. I don't want someone who's going to abandon me halfway through or before we really begin. I want you to devote to the site, and I don't care if you've never been an Administrator before, if you're willing to learn and have the above qualities, I'm fine with it. Though it is preferred that you have experience with InvisionFree administrating.
DO HAVE
- Creativity. I love someone who can think up great ideas and can help me with thinking up fun events for members and sub-plots. If you are going to tell me about how we should do this because another site has done it and it worked, I don't want that. I want originality.
- Graphic Ability. This isn't a must for all Administrators, but at least one should be quite a decent graphic maker. Please, don't tell me that you can request them, because so can I. I want them made by someone who is a devoted staff member and who I can rely on to get the job done quickly.
- Experience. Again, this isn't a must, but you really should know how to work the Admin CP. It'll just be easier for everyone this way.
- A love for Harry Potter. This site is going to be a future Harry Potter site, and it is required that you understand the book and are quite an avid reader.

I'd be more than willing to help out. Harry Potter is my second half and although I've been kidnapped lately by the evil known as Modern RPing I'd really like to get back into the Harry Potter scene. I'm going to be off of school for two weeks so for two weeks you'll have my full attention and my will to do basically any task asked of me. I'm afraid that after those two weeks you'll probably only see me on for about 4 hours during the school week and as much time as I can give during the weekends. I'm not going to say that my graphics are as amazing as the graphics staff of Pandora's Closet but I do have experience, much experience.
Eh, my fingers are about to fall off due to typing 7 IM's and a fan fic as well as replying to threads on those addicting Modern boards. If you'd like you can PM me and I'll reply as soon as possible. I'd love to hear your plot twist ideas and hopefully add some of my own and get this started (that's if you deem me capable of this position).

I would also be interested. I started out on Virtual Hogwarts four years ago (Wow, looking back, I really miss it...), and I haven't been able to find a site that I like. Well, HP wise that is. I love the Harry Potter Boards, and I really want to get back into the HP-RPG set up. I've read all the Harry Potter books that are out now multiple times over (I get bored over summer :lol:), and I am pretty sure I have a vast understanding of the Wizarding World. I also make graphics, but I don't know if you are looking for someone to help out in that department but it's always helpful! Well, hoping to get a reply soon! -Mikey
