Basically I need someone like Keanu Reeves....in the terms of how good an admin. I need someone good at HTML, BB Code, GFX, and at the same time be active at the forum. Be proffessional...and all that. Also, while not required it would be a great plus if they took place in the Halo RPG on my site.
