Information: Alrighty then where should I start.
I'm into making a high school RP, but as for a main plot I want it to be a complete consus among the other admins and myself. It is going to also have a lot of subplots so most of the members are not left out in the cold.
What I Prefer in the Admin» LITERATE - I'd prefer if the admins were just a step above the members. Intermediate or Advanced RPers please. By Intermediate or Advanced, I mean they should be able to post posts that contain at least 2-3 paragraphs.
» Creative - I don't like people that do the same ol' same ol'. Yeah, I know. The should be able to come open with great plot lines and everything.
» Independent - I don't like when an admin asks you so and so about everything. I would like these admins to be independent in their decisions unless it affects all three of us.
» Dedication - I understand that you have at least one other site that you are control of, but I would like it if you could spend majority of your time with the site. And, when the member count slows down, they should try to help think of ways to pick it back up.
» Neatness - I prefer people to just be neat. So should Admins.
» Portal - Seriously, this is extremely childish on my part, but it's a serious topic, at least one of the admins should know how to put the portal on the main page, like on this site (The Portal would be that column on the left side.)
» Female - I still think that guys are better than girls, because I'm a guy, but I would like my co-captains to be female. Just because they balance out my testosterone levels and they tend to see the 'gentle' side of situations. Not that i'm not a gentle guy. *smirks*
» Graphics - It's not an absolute must, because I can do some graphics myself, but I'd prefer if at least one knows something about it or can request something on PC or RC&R.
» Firm - I don't like push overs, but I don't like seriously mean people either. So I'd prefer a happy medium.
Alright so that is my list of what I would like. I know it's lengthy, but I would like to make a really good rp with committed teammates.
