...for NaNoWriMo! For those of you who don't know, National Novel Writing Month is exactly as it sounds. Our goal is write a novel in one, or less (good luck with that) than, a month. What is a novel? To us, it's 50,000 subsequential, nonsense doodles of words. I know it sounds insane, and every person I tell shakes me and says, "ARE YOU INSANE???"
And I answer, "Yes, I am insane."
It's all about marshmellows, my dear friends. Successful people are willing to do what unsuccessful people are not. For example, Larry Bird. Even when he was signing multimillion dollar contracts, he would arrive at EACH game hours before hand, slowly dribbling the ball up and down the court, searching for imperfections that might cost his team the game. Wayne Gretzky knew the points of opportunity around the ice. The great ones are willing to do what unsuccessful people are not.
