Anyways, I know a lot of us are JKR fans here, so I just thought I would post a lil smthn that could get us in the Potter Spirit for the day! ^_^ If you go to JKR's official website you can click on the eraser and you will be led to a door which is no longer locked! Once you figure out how, you can take a test called the WOMBATs.

I just took it myself, and lemme tell you, it isnt just HP knowledge, and it's actually pretty cool. You can get results and everything, though I haven't figured out how the restults are going to be given out. Try to get the test, and when you do, let us know what you thought about it!

You need to click on a certain combination of the items on the desk, if you are REALLY stuck, then PM me, but try it yourself a bit! ^_^

OMG, i took the test today and I didn't know a thing on there! *ish worried* I chose randomly! I saved my user code, and I hope it doesn't matter what score you get, but you still get to enter her secret section!

Do the first letters of the items one must click spell something when clicked in the proper order?

I think I clicked everything in the good order. I got some keys revealed on the desk, but I have no clue how to go further now or what to do with the keys. I tried dragging them everywhere :S. *is confuzzled*.

*this is like the first time ever I came on the JK website while the door was open XD*.

Edit: yes I got it XD, that was quite fun, I have no clue if I have any right anwsers, but we'll see that later. I think I did the test in 6 minutes or sumething. I'm now trying to print my student indentifaction code :p.

Edit Edit: If you can you really have to print it, it's like a card that comes out, very cool.

I tried yesterday but couldn't figure out the combination of items, now I am trying again today and it is driving me nuts because I am still having the same issue.

Edit: IT turns out I had the right combination at one point and the computer just didn't recognize it... oh well I got it now

I'm pretty sure it's random, I didnt see much of a pattern in it, except, I guess it could be the order in which you finish studying.... kinda.

I have a question: Would it be stealing if I copied the test? Because I would like to give W.O.M.B.A.T.s at my hp RPG forum, and give the exact thing on there for my members to take, but I don't know if that would be wrong or not. (Probably would though, but I just wanted an opinion)

I think it would be wrong. Because I"m pretty sure that J.K herself wrote those questions herself. You can of course base your own forum W.O.M.B.A.T.s on JK's, but think up questions of yourself.

I agree with ShinLi there. JK does write those tests herself, and also, those questions are really hard, so if you wanted to use it on your forums you may want to make it a mite easier, hehe.

Yes, that's correct, the door is closed now again. So I suppose we have to keep an eye on the website when we can get the results ^_^.

I was meaning to post this a few days ago, but the results are up. If you'd like to tell us what you got we'd be delighted to hear! I myself got an E, I was very surprised seeing as I guessed on almost alll of them! lol

Aww man, I wish I coulda taken the test...What were some of the questions?

They werent even normal HP world questions, they were things that must have either been mentioned in passing or were just educated guesses. Some of them were knowable, like the traits of a werewolf and so fourth, but others I just had absolutley no clue.

Ooh! I got an E too! I was not expecting that at all, if anything ai was expecting a P espeically because, well I guessed on just about all of them... It was actually exciting to see my score. I just hope I do well on the next one, adn actually get to it in time, unlike the first one.
