Extra Info: It's going to be a Human/Vampire RPG. Short version: The government has invented a drug to kill vampires and they're testing it in one city before releasing it worldwide. Big conspiracy and all that jazz. Here's a LINK to an extended explanation of the plot, though it's changed slightly since then. I'm also open to editing the plot a little, so if you'd like to help with that, feel free to sign up as a staff member.

I already have alot of the info worked out, or at least a general idea of how I'm going to work it out, but everything is open for negotiation, but don't worry about having to start with a blank.

Staff Requirements: Must be mature and friendly. Should be easy to get along with, but also firm when it comes to enforcing the rules. Able to say no when needed. Sense of humor with the ability to be serious is desirable. Problem-solver. Willing to be active at least a few days a week, and actually RP.

Note: I'd like to talk to you via instant messenger or PM or whatever before giving you Admin or Mod powers. If I don't feel that you're trustworthy and honest, I'm not going to want you in control of the board. We don't have to be best friends, but mutual respect and trust is neccessary.

Information: Mods will keep an eye on the boards, enforce the rules, handle most problems that don't require an admin, and approve character applications. Will have a say in board improvements and development.

I already have a skin and a banner, but if you have experience with that stuff, let me know, because I'm open to improvements. If you don't, it's fine, I'm pretty pleased with the layout if we don't have anyone to change it.
