Yes, 4 years is a long time. Most RP boards don't last because of several reasons. And since there is sooooo many X-Men RP's, I as an Admin have to offer quite a bit of uniqueness compared to other boards. Otherwise the board will end up as another statistic of failed boards. You have to really be determined to make it work. Spend long hours building it up. Don't give up. Listen to your players and staff as much as you can and see what interests them. And always, always, say and have the attitude that its everyone's board. Never say MY board. It's a group effort to make it work.

A wonderful staff, interesting plot, and awesome, dedicated, RPers is a plus! ;)
