I've seen so many people fail to establish a good RP in less than 24 hours. Thus, This is a dare to do such a tricky venture. To enter this dare, just post the specs to a site, then try to persuade members to enter it once complete. The one with the greater number wins. But remember... you only have 24 hours to build it, gain members, and prove your skill.
