Information: This takes place in the 30's-50's using actual classic stars. I know that some people might like that so I've made a rule that they can use modern stars as well, but I would prefer the classics. So...Pretty much all I've done is make a few boards and get the skin to look basic.

I need someone to maybe work with graphics and help accept people. Get some locations up etc.
