Alright well on my friend's designing site, I help designing layouts for ProBoards. I know I said I'd do it, but this one girl personally is bothering me. I took on her request, and she gave me what she wanted. Well that was fine, I started with what she had. I had trouble designing the banner, since her information she gave me so minimal. Eventually, we got that out of the way and I started designing the rest of the skin.

She comes back to me telling me she wants different colors. I was a tad cranky about that, but I went with it anyways. I continued on with the skin, got a good portion of it done. All I had left was a couple of small images, but since I started school, I had put it off to the side. I mentioned this to the girl, and said that some medical issues as well had stopped me from working. She accepted that.

Today, she comes back and asks not only for different colors now but also different font on the banner. That right there pisses me off. I'm almost practically done, and now she was an entirely new layout. I still have PSDs for all the images, but changing the colors on the banner is going to be hard since almost all the colors are based around what she asked. Its going to take me another hour to change that, then I have to redo the entire layout colors after that.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised due to the fact that I said I'd design this for her, but come on. Why did she have to wait so long before she told me she wanted it different?!

aaaaw poor you.

Next time just lay down a ground rule that you will not change the basic color scheme that she has first asked for and that she should think hard on what she wants before commissioning because of the fact that you will not change major things along the way just because of "mood swings".

She decided she didn't want to do the site I was making the layout for anymore AND deleted her account from the site >.<

I feel so used now :(

That's completely uncalled for and really, really rude.

Seriously, the way I see it, your kinda lucky she finally gave up because it could have only gone from bad to worse.

Don't worry; the world revolves around some people and everyone else are is just a pawn in the way.

But hey, you can always submit the skin to our skindex.

Wow. That' girl is really an ungrateful little creature, to put it quite nicely.

If it were me, I'd keep that layout going as much as possible.
