Information: This position will have just as much power as my admin account, and I need someone who is Knowledgeable on Cowboy Bebop, Skinning (if possible), Graphics and Photoshop, and Plot Writing. We will have to have a IM pow wow, to discuss the plot of the site, what forums to make, etc. etc. Coding ability is a plus but not needed
